Have you ever done kegels while hanging?

For those hanger have you ever done kegels while hanging at the same times?

Not really, too scared of building up pressure in the head. Don’t think it’s a great idea unless your trying to get some circulation. I do tense my abs a lot which in turn pulls up the skin and ligs around my package. Creates a really tight pull.


Started (6/10): BPFSL= 7"

Now (11/10): BPFSL= 7.5"

Goal (10/11): BPFSL= 8.5"

I don`t hang, but I do use my homemade extender at around 4 pounds and I kegel every once and a while.

I find it helps me relax into the stretch after I`ve tensed up a few times, if that makes sense.

Can`t say if it makes a profound difference or not though.

I just made a bib hanger last night, and hung for the first time. Two sets of 5 minutes with 3 pounds (resetting my wraps to get it figured out).

After initially freaking out that I am actually crazy enough to hang weights from my one and only penis,
I immediately started to kegal;

I started getting blood in the head right away and had to take it off because of the pain.


Started: BP 7.1" x 5" MSEG

Now: BP 8 3/16" x 5 1/4" MSEG , 6 1/16" BG (4/29/09)

Goal: BP 9" x 6" MSEG

I don’t do kegels when I hang, neither when I used an extender. Maybe a “reverse kegel” would be better.


Starting stats: 6.4" / 5.6" Current Stats: 7.4" / 5.8" Short term goal: 7" / 6" Long term goal: 8" / 6.5"

I’m doing kegels while bundled/fulcrum hanging.

I do kegels while hanging

It’s like in the gym

More weight more soreness the next day

It’s a good exercise for the pelvic floor muscles

I don’t think it helps growth, though.

I always do my kegels while hanging to save time.

I’ve never been very intense with my kegels—it was never necessary to get a good increase in my EQ. Maybe doing it while hanging was intense enough.

How high was your EQ ? 12,11,10 etc?
