Hanging and Stretching Question

Hi all. I have a quick question that may sound stupid but.Isn’t stretching your unit downward the same as hanging weights with a hanger? I don’t see the difference in the two methods (besides not having to hold yourself for 20 minutes or so. So why can’t you stretch downward as long as you can hang?or can you?

Just wondering. I’m relatively new to the board but I’ve been stretching for a while. I’m more comfortable with stretching than attaching something to my dick.just my preference I don’t mean to knock the practice. And I don’t think I’ll ever be comfortable with hanging. But I just don’t understand when some people say that hanging will give you more length than stretching.

I was where you are with your thinking and said I would never hang weight from my unit. After a while of stretching for a few months I started looking at hanging and it makes more since only if you have the time hanging takes. Hanging is the best way to get length period but it does take time every day. I gained 1/4” in just 3 months hanging and didn’t see much gains from stretching. It’s a lot easier than stretching but like I said, it takes more time.

It is a steady force that one can do while watching T.V., drinking coffee, talking on the phone, etc. One’s arms would tire pretty quickly trying to mimic the steady force and time hanging provides.

There is nothing wrong with being uncomfortable with hanging, it is natural to resist hanging weights on your cock. Education and common sense are key when and if one decides to hang.
