I never worry about turtling. Doing a few light piss pulls throughout the day is a good idea though.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I don’t think turtling somewhat after a routine affects gains. Whenever people ask about turtling, I only think it may be disadvantageous is when it is turtled for long periods after a workout. It is a good indicator that you are overdoing things if it turtles for the entire day after your PE routine!

Are you still hanging then pumping?

I like pumping after a stretching or hanging session. My favorite is pumping after bundled hanging. I just took a pic of me doing bundled straight down hanging/stretching with a resistant band and the gripping trainer. I will be pumping with my BM XX40 after.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!
