I’ve been exploring a similar option where I hang 3x20 at 13 lbs or whatever weight I’m currently using, then follow it up with 1x10 clamp set. I guess the idea I had was that hanging would stretch out the length then clamping would fill up the expanded length. It seems to be helping as this combo has been giving me tons of wood through the night and into the morning, erection wise. I usually try to keep it in an extender most of the day as well.

I did something similar way back in 2003 when I started hanging.
I had been pumping for several years prior, then I wanted to combine methods.
I hung in the morning for about 30 mins at fairly high weight of 8-10 lbs. , Then pumped for about 20 - 30 mins at 10 min intervals.
I tend to push the hg to get more stretch in the tube.

After 3 months I saw about 1/2 ” gain in length. Some girth also, but I don’t know how much of that was from the prior pumping.

The Dr. Kaplan pumping method suggests light hanging after pumping, basically to promote length.
I assume the idea is that pumping loosens the tissues and hanging then can stretch more effectively.

My routine is similar. I hang 5 to 7.5 lbs for an hour then pump with bathmate at a low pressure (no gauge on bathmate) for 10 to 15 minutes. Seems to work great as I feel I get great circulation back into my unit after the hanging session.

It seems a lot of people experience turtling problems after hanging. I would image pumping being a great solution to that. It would keep it plump after hanging to promote healing in an expanded state.

I turtle all the time after I hang. I don’t see it as a problem. If (and that’s a big if) hanging promotes expansanion on a cellular level, wouldn’t my penis need to turtle to almost a microscopic size before it interferes with some sort of cellular growth?

You can tell I truly don’t believe the idea of healing in an expanded state.

However, I do think that doing things to keep the blood flow expanded is important. Jelqing and edging for example. But this isn’t for some sort of healing ability.

You are one of the few who don’t mind turtling. I hate it. In my opinion, there’s no way it doesn’t negatively impact what we’re going for. I was also under the impression that healing in an expanded state was a necessity. You are the first person I’ve come across that dismisses this concept completely.

I am sure there are others that don’t believe about healing in an expanded state.

The reality is I don’t want to promote some type of quick healing. I want my penis in a weakened state so the next session of hanging won’t have to take as much.

I am not talking about injury or a penis that doesn’t work. But if you go through the big gainers thread you will see some very common themes. Those guys are doing PE a lot more than most people here. I doubt they are concerned about maximizing healing time.

In regards to the actual healing process, I don’t see how something on a cellular level would be affected by the flaccid length of the penis. It isn’t like we are forcing the penis in a scrunched state for days. Throughout the day it will range in different levels of flaccid length.

When I was hanging several years ago, I always tried to follow it with a 20 minute pumping session. I felt by forcing in additional freshly oxygenated blood, it wold help heal the stresses tissue. I am a major turtler and have tried silicone sleeves to no avail. I have convinced myself that it is in my genes and there is nothing I can do about it.

I do jelqing, massaging the veins, edging. I am trying to restore circulation and promote blood flow.

I just can’t imagine that turtling would hurt gains.

I see lots of us hang 5 to 10lbs, but for only a short period of time. I have read that we need to hang for at least 4 hours everyday to actual gain any length, and at only 4 hours the medical research says it will take 6 months at 4 hours a day. I personally hang, using a vacuum hangar for at least 6 hours and I have seen perm results of a 1/4” every 3 months, while the medical research shows a 1/4” after 6 months of 4 hours. I also read that we need to get the blood back in there after hanging by doing a quick pump. It is working for me. Since I have been successful, the time that it would take to gain an inch takes a year on my chosen schedule of 6 hours, 5 to 9lbs, every day. Its difficult to stay committed , but my goal is 1 inch at a time, and Lets see if I can reach that 9” mark.

There are many hangers that have never done 3 hours of hanging in a day and probably not even 2 hours. But the weight they are using might be double to triple the weight you are using.

You can predict what you will gain based on current results, but that doesn’t mean it will come true. This is not to disuade you from your path. Just letting you know many have found that results start diminishing.

I also try getting blood back into penis but I do it by jelqing.

The medical research I found was a hard find, so few actual research has been done on penis Enlargement. But what I did find was this, Pills do not work, manual exercise gives only temporary, pumping is also temporary, Surgery works but has big risk. But extenders and hanging have provide actual medical results but only when a day to day (at least 5lbs of tension or hanging) 4+ hours a day everyday, for maybe years do perm results happen. I read the 1st serious results are flaccid, cause by the relaxation of the Ligs. Age also comes into play, the older you are the shorter it becomes, So your gains maybe only what you have lost due to age. That is why a constant tension is what works, but who can keep and extender or hanging weights for 24 hours a day non stop. Everyone seems to use the African tribes men and women

Who have elongated their necks and penis. But no one mentions that they do it 24 hours a day. When doctors extend bones, its there for 24 hours day, same holds true for people that extend their ear lobes, all done 24 hours a day. Hanging or extending for a couple hours 2 or times a week is not going to work, there is research on this as well. I have two close friends that do the surgery (Beverly Hills) They tell me that patients that listen to the doctors and those that give it a try, well the “Give it a try people (after lengthening surgery) normally fail, and end up getting shorter.

Let me tell all of you, if you cut your hand has it healed overnight. Of course not, break a bone, it takes 6 weeks plus, open heart surgery does that heal up overnight. No. It takes time to heal, so when we stretch, it going to take time and you need to stretch for as long as you can. Because if you stretch for an hour all your really doing is making your dick tuff. Believe me in what I say, I did the long pump sessions and the 20lbs for a couple sets. Oh yea I seem to grow but when I stopped it went right back to where I was. But now I decided to do what the doctors say, dedication at least 4 hours every

Day, if you can do 24 hours you will gain twice maybe times as fast. For me I hang the 5 to 9 lbs everyday, for at least 6 hours and after 1 weeks I gain a permanent gain of 1/4”

no way did I do this in 1 week

Screwed up should have done a better job in proof reading I gain a 1/4” after 13 weeks at 5 to 9lbs, everyday for at least 6 hours a day. But I have hear of several guys who did pump for hours at a time, like 10 hours a day and made big gains. It comes down to this, Put in the time and gains you will get. Pumping manual stretching, extenders or hanging. I’m into month 4, and I have already gained a 1/2”, if it keeps up at the same pace in a year that’s 1.5” in length gain and that is what the medical trial on extenders and hanging proved. 1/4” in a year if you LA DE DA about it . Or hard core dedication its 1.5” in a year, make your choice.
