I gained .75 in length in a month, its been a few months later and my gains are permanent. Last week I started hanging with 7.5 pounds and have a question. What kind of stretch / hanging can I do to help maximize gains. My LOT is about 8, I know bib recommends low hanging but I want to know a pro opinion of someone else.

My current schedule is not established (mostly because sister visited out of town and cannot do PE like I used to) but this is what I am doing:

Manual Tunica stretches and manual lig stretches about 3 times a day
Hanging with 7.5 #
masturbating more often to reduce girth

I know there are posts about tunica hanging, A stretch V stretch. PE is always evolving, so I want fresh ideas and theories. I will test anyones theories and let you know if it works as long as its safe and isn’t illegal. Again I don’t want forum links, I want fresh ideas I know how to use the search bar.

Stick with the same thing if you gained so much why change

What type of hanger are you using


Start 6.5 bpel 5.75 eg Current bpel 7.0 eg 6.75 (7.0eg base) Goal bpel 7.25 eg 7.0 mid shaft

Pretty obvious really. Do whatever you were doing to gain 0.75” in a month.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I made my own hanger using cable clamp and other cheap things I could find at home depot. I was doing 20 minute sets with 5 # 4 times a day almost everyday.

Here is an excerpt from one of my postings regarding masturbation and penis girth. This is more relevant to pumping, but read anyways:

1. Never masturbate on your off days. Your tunica and penile tissue can repair itself very quickly. If you masturbate, your penis will retract and your flaccid state will be much thinner. This results in your penile tissue repairing itself in a smaller state rather than a larger state. If you do masturbate, make sure its on one of those pumping days, NOT your resting days.
