Fatigue?

Fatigue?

I have been hanging consistantly for about two months. I am hanging for two 30 min. sessions with 10 pounds. I don’t seem to be getting fatigued at all. I don’t feel it in the ligs. Should I be feeling fatigue or acheness afterwards? Should I add more weight? How much?

You should feel something at the base of the penis where the suspensory ligaments are, either a sense of tingling, burning or strain while hanging, or some soreness afterward. If not I would up the weight.

Unless of course, you are gaining with what you are doing. In that case, I wouldn’t change anything.

I’ve been hanging for two months and aren’t feeling fatigue in my ligaments very much either. So long as your technique is fine I think you can move up weight but I probably would limit sets to 20 minutes. Add time(sets) first, then if you’re not fatigued add more weight slowly.

So, I think the first piece of advice would be cut back to 20 minute sets. When hanging, the blood circulation is reduced/cut off, and therefore less/no oxygen reaches the tissues. This leads to a build up of toxins, which will require resources that could have been utilised towards gains. You could also run the risk of producing necrotic tissue, not nice.

If you are only doing this once per day, then you need to do more. The general concensus is 10 hours per week minimum, at the moment you are doing 7 hours if you do this every day.

I think BTC should be done lying down, I’m not sure as I do OTS. Sitting probably does not offer the full stretch available from lying down. I tried BTC a couple of times, I had my upper body lying on one foot stool, bum purchased on the edge, legs on another foot stool, and weights dangling between stools (wooden things with four legs) and thighs. Audacia does BTC and maybe able to offer advice.

Its possible you are stretching skin, which is putting slack in your ligs. Against all advice I read I attach under the glands, I first pull the skin back to ensure less skin stretch. The last thing I want is to restore the foreskin.

Continue BTC 10mins, stand and do a gentle circular swinging motion 10 mins, then stand but lean forward on a desk or table which your ass arched in the air, it will create a straight out hang and again do a gentle circular swinging motion for 10 mins. Try this for a few days. No longer then you have been hanging this should fatigue your ligs.

I highly recommend cervixhunters lengthening routine by manual stretches. I would heat with a hot rice sock then follow cervixhunters guide, then start hanging.

This is only recommended if you have exhausted newbie gains.

I really don’t have more than an hour a day to dedicate to hanging. Could I just get the right combination of stretch and weight to maintain the lig fatigue and still gain with 10 hours a week?

Thanks Penox. I do get the impression I am mostly pulling the skin sometimes. I’ll try pulling the skin back first before wrapping.

I just lay on my bed, back flat against it with a pillow behind to prop my head up a little to watch TV. I have a chair out infront of me, my bum is mostly on the bed then I just put my legs up bent at the knee on the chair. It’s fine so long as your bed is far enough of the ground. I had to adjust my hanging weight strap to make it higher up.

It’s nice to do things in sets. I do 3 x 20 min in the morning and 3 x 20min in the PM.

I guess for you, do 2x20min in AM and 2x20min in the PM which will equal 20 more minutes than you’re currently doing and ideally work up to 6 x 20 min I’d say if you’re able.

More of a just too busy thing. My wife doesn’t care of I PE and I don’t hide it from her.

I am using a captains wrench. Do you guys that use one hang more than #10? If I go up to #12 or higher should I use a different hanger?
