Last Monday I started hanging SO using a bungee cord. Before that I had been hanging BTC and OTS (with a wrap on my nuts) for about 3 weeks in an attempt to really stetch my skin out. After what I felt was a sufficient amount of skin stretching, I then started hanging SO since I felt that position hitting my ligs and tunica more and skin less.
I hang 4 sets of 20 minutes in the morning, wear my rings, then do 4 more sets in the evening before bed. While hanging, I feel a little skin stretch but not much. The next day my skin is usually sore also. My problem is that I don’t feel any lig pull. Or if I am feeling the lig pull, I don’t know what it feels like. Perhaps someone could explain to me exactly what it feels like. I guess it also means I have a little more skin stretching to do before I get that lig fatigue.
