Discolouration and fatigue.
Hi have not posted much on here before but have been meddling with hanging for a couple of weeks and need some help.
I made my own hanger using a band clamp and some pipe insulation. This has been working for me great until today when I tried upping the weight from about 5 lbs to 8 lbs. The hanger now seems to try and pull everything past where the band clamp is attached through the “O” of the band clamp.
I figure this is as the pipe insulation doesnt spread the pressure along the length of the penis evenly and i guess in the end im getting a reduced noose effect as with 8 lbs it ends straining along the penis until it gets towards the head.
I guess you guys didnt need to know all that but figured it would be better that you knew where i was coming from in practice and also would appreciate any suggestions.
My main question is really about glan discolouration as when using the 8lbs after about 10mins i looked down and to my horror the head had started to go a dark colour. It wasnt quite purple but i removed the hangar immediately and while doing so started to feel a numb sensation. Feeling returned pretty much as soon as the hangar was off totally.
So finally my first question…. Is discolouration and numbness a sign of bad things or is a certain amount a given effect off hanging?
The cause of all this was the weight increase which i guess brings me to my next question…. fatigue. I wanted to increase the weight as after about 1 hour 40 mins of hang time in total i wasnt really feeling any great fatigue in my member… so the next question is basically to be getting good results should i be feeling more of a strained feeling after hanging?
I know is hard to quantify the feeling so ill try my best. After lifting weights my arms feel engorged everytime i move them i can feel they have been recently exerted. However after hanging i can do things like taking a pee, getting a hard on and not feel all to different to what it would feel like if i hadnt hung. Is this normal??
