Tunica fatigue and other questions
Hey guys. Couple of questions. First, what exactly does tunica fatigue feel like? Most of the time, when “fatigue” is referred to, people are talking about lig fatigue which I have felt. But what about when you are focusing on hitting the tunica? Just how do you know that you are hitting it well enoug? I am trying to determine my max weight for hanging SO so that’s why I’m asking this. Just what will your fatigue feel like? Number 2, what is the fastest way to determine your max weight?
