So I couldn’t help myself, had to measure my EL and BPFSL. In one week I’ve gained nothing in EL (If by the grace of God I had, that would be amazing), but in one weeks time my BPFSL has increased from 6.9 to 7.3! That is not after a hanging session either. I’ll measure again on the 19th and hopefully I’ll be even longer.

Congratulations Ocelot! My BPFSL is up as well.I’m pegging 8!! I started at about 7.25 so in just about six weeks it’s gained 3/4 of an inch.No erect gains as yet but I know they are just around the corner

That’s badass 8, how many hours a week do you hang exactly? No doubt those erect gains are sneaking up on you, that’s some motivational shit right there.

Thanks Ocelot! I hang usually two hours a day.I’ll hang a quick set in the morning,just twenty minutes before going off to work.Then at night I hang usually six twenty minute sets,with ten pounds.I hang straight out primarily,but I also hang OTL as much as I can stand.I can really feel it in my tunica and ligs now.I’m getting a nice pull now that my skin is stretched out.

Well, couldn’t wait for the 19th to roll around, so I measured today. In one month of hanging I’ve added an extra 1/10 of an inch BPEL. Not bad.

My EG went up by .2 of an inch.

My BPFSL went up by a whopping half an inch! This is the measurement I’m excited about since it indicates future gains.

I did this in a total of 24.25 hanging hours, all of which was upper angle hanging. Also, I’ve been taking it slow this first month, so I’ve been hanging just light weights, nothing heavy yet. Can’t wait to see how I react to heavier weights.

Congratulations Ocelot! What method of upper angle hanging are you using? I’m currently taking a week break.Sunday I go back at it though and I’m looking to start hanging OTS.However the few times I’ve tried it I couldn’t go for very long because it was hurting my shoulder.

I sit on the floor Indian style, with pillows under my knees for comfort, then I have a bungee cord hooked onto the edge of a heavy table that’s about 2 feet high. The angle is about 110 degrees, hits my shaft really good. Pretty soon I’m going to figure out a way to sit down in a fold out chair while I hang upper angle, I’ll probably put a stud in the wall.

I couldn’t sit Indian style for that long without my legs going to sleep but that’s a pretty inventive technique ocelot.

Sometimes my feet go numb. I just stretch my legs put straight in front of me for a minute and return to original position; this is ok to do since my torso stays in the same position the whole time, only my legs are moving.
