bib hangers back??

Sweet! Count me in…


Start --- NBEL 6" length 5" girth

Current --- NBEL 6.5 length 4.9" girth --- BPEL 7.2 <--- WTF? I hate this fat pad.. I'm not even fat!?

Goal --- 8" length 6" girth

I got my Bib Starter today and all I can say is it’s a great product. I read up on the instructions of use way before it even got here so I pretty much new how to use it. I made some slight adjust ments and boom I hung two sets. The roomates are here now so I can’t hang anymore today. I suppose I could hang later tonight but I’m too tired. GREAT PRODUCT BIB!!!

As I understand what I have just quoted, you are saying that when the ligs are sore to work on the tunica. —- Is this correct?

That is correct. But if your are completely worn out at one angle, do not risk injury. Either stop or if you still want to continue to hang, change angles to concentrate on a different set of tissues.

Do you believe that it would be better to stop or hit a different set of tissues (tunica)?
__My thinking behind this is that from what i’ve read hitting the tunica would hinder the gains you are just about to make lig-wise and it would be better to let the ligs heal and ignore the tunica completely (until the LOT hits 6:00).

So, to change direction or to stop until ligs are better, then go for it again?

Go by whatever you feel. If you change angles, but you are still really fatigued, then it would probably be best to stop. You do not have to risk injury to get good gains. If you change angles, and it feels fine, then continue.

What seems to be missing is the variable of whether you are completely fatigued with either lig or tunica work. I recommend staying at one angle, even hanging during fatigue at a lower weight, until you cannot hang at that angle any more.

I do not know what the physiological reason would be that working the tunica, when the ligs are totally fatigued, would hinder lig gains. If on the other hand, you were not completely fatigued in the ligs, I do believe it would be better to continue lig work. But if you are totally fatigued, and still have time to hang, then there is nothing wrong with changing angles.

Just begin hanging at your original, primary angle the next day to see what the condition of the tissues is. If you can continue hanging at the primary angle, then do so, even if it is at a lower weight. If not, then switch to your secondary angle.

Before you pick which one you want, look through the threads here for different posts about which one to pick. Read over the people’s responses and see which one you do agree with. I happen to have both. But even some larger guys get by with just the starter. Come to an informed decision about it. There might be a comparison on Bib’s site below.

Some guys who are plenty big prefer the Starter anyway. Jelktoid comes to mind.

I’ll say this though, I wish it had a quicker release/tightening mechanism. Instead of wing nuts, maybe something in a ratchet design.

Or this:

Picture a blood pressue tester. It’s wrapped around an arm and pumped up tight. Using the same design, except for the gel and a smoother inside, you put small air chambers in the bib hanger. The user could just unfold the hanger, insert penis, latch the hanger shut and squeeze a little bladder pump. It would squeeze around the penis tightly. Easy on, easy off. Maybe more comfy too.
