Oh yeah, no matter how sore they were, I hung. I actually hang EVERY day; M=F 3 hours a day, S & S 1 hour. But remember - you will not always hang at the same weight. When fatigue sets in, you will want to reduce weight and continue to hang. This is what they call “riding the fatigue.”

Hanging for too long is the best way to kill your EQ.think about that

Horsedick! You’re back! Yes, my EQ does suffer sometimes and sometimes not. Even though I hang 7 days a week, Saturday and Sunday are my “off” days which give my unit a chance to rest. One hour of hanging doesn’t exhaust my unit and gives it a chance to rest. EQ gets back up.

Hey Mr. Schlong. I’m doing 5 sets a day of hanging. 3 sets in the morning, 1 set in the afternoon, and 1 set in the evening. What I was saying was my hanging weight is starting to approach the hardcore heavy territory. I think once a person reaches 30 pounds or over then thats the hardcore extreme level of weight that can’t be taken lightly as far as safety goes.

Thanks for the clarification. I wasn’t sure if you were doing the new “hardcore hanging” of high weights for 1-2 sets. How do you feel the broken up hanging does as compared to doing them all in close proximity?

I think the spreaded out hanging sets works better at keeping constant deforming stress on the penis through out the day. The idea is you doing a couple of tissue deforming hanging sets in the morning. Let your dick rest for remodeling of the deformed cells to take place. Hit the tissues again at noon or in the afternoon to induce further deformation and so on. It’s all accumilated deformation at a microscopic level taking place which will eventually accumilate into visual and functional gains.

Hey Mr. Schlong. Yeah you got it man. When I say sets thats exactly what I mean. a 20 minute hanging session is considered 1 set. Three 20 minutes hanging sessions is considered 3 sets.

So how many sets do you get in a day? 5? I myself consider 1 set 3 - 20 minute hangs. So I get in 3 sets a day for a total of 3 hours.

Hey Mr. Schlong. Each one of my sets are 20 minutes longs. I do five 20 minute sets spreaded out through out each day. This means I’m getting in a total hanging time of 1 hour and 40 minutes a day.

Are you kidding!!

Hardcore boost my EQ so dam much; my dick is hard as ever.plus I managed to add 1.1 inches in length in the past four months of hardworking

This is my current routine

AM hanging 15min dry jelq 10 min

Then ADS for 6-8 hours including toilets break with 5-10 min dry jelqing and stretching

PM: hanging 15min dry jelq 10 min

I used to take (yohimbine 5mg; cayenne pepper and ginger powder) my EQ owed a lot on this herbs..
Right now I am on much more tough supplements to improve circulation and multiply blood tissue and force the them tunica and tissue fibers to expand.please don’t ask me which supplements because is just a trial at the present, I will let your guys know after 4-6 weeks to give you the clear picture
