I am very interested in hanging, as I already have very good girth, and the girth makes my length appear less than it is, which is not a problem between the sheets, but I also want the maximum length and width wow factor from every girl, to soothe my unwarranted anxiety, and my want “to be the perfect specimen” in every females eyes.

I will thoroughly read the hanging forum, and search extensively, but if any hardcore hangers can please be gracious enough to PM me with any pertinent threads or recommendations, I would be most greatful, and would likely be able to reciprocate with herbal/supplement and girth advice.

Depends on what you consider “hardcore” hangers. That term has come to have a new meaning now, meaning there are those who are hanging quite heavy weights from their units for a few sets a day. Or are you referring to hardcore in the sense of those who diligently do it?

These are great gains here and I hope everything continues. I started hanging seriously today and I can see there is going to be a long learning process. It gets a bit tricky but it’s stories like this that keep us all going. Best of luck

I love the bib hanger and thanks for the advise guys I just measured and I’m a 6 incher about 15.28cm now

next stop 6.5 inches, I havent seen these kinds of results with other devices

currently I’m doing 11 lb, 3-4 sets a day (20 minutes each set) with rice and sock heater 10 minute warmup and with a max of 1 day rest

each week I add 1lb I hang at night since thats the only time I get some privacy
the next day my penis feels tired in the morning like when you work out in the gym but feels it ok by the afternoon

5.9 (15cm) as of may 1st 2010
6.0 (15.28cm) as of 23 june 2010

next stop 6.5 inches by october 2010

I squeezed out this last 1/4” gain to bring me to 7 inches BPEL!!! This was one hard fought gain and I still have an inch or 2 to go to meet my goal, but just thought I’d report back!

I’m hanging 14 lbs 3x20 per day and my dick is suffering

It’s so damn sore during hanging after first set

My base girth is starting to get out of control

Haven’t measures but did a saw erection from a reflection in the mirror on wall

It’s starting to look like a coke can back there

I am going to up sets to 5 per day with morning and afternoon sets

There is also an ads I’m working on as discussed and used by others, 3-4 golf weights with a wrap just under glans and a cable clamp over it

This keeps a nice hang after hanging, it’s not much use sitting down but standing you get a maximum flaccid capability. My flaccid is between 5,5 and 6 when wearing the weights, just having issues with circulation

The angle and tightness of the clamp plays a big part and if anyone has any ideas feel free to say

Thanks for the congrats bro!

After 4 LONG months of hanging genuine BTC with ZERO gains, I decided to go back to what works best for me. I call it my modified BTC. I put on the Bib as normal and scoot to the edge of the chair. Instead of propping my feet up on anything, I plant them on the floor. I have always noticed that this gives me the most intense lig pull. I must say it can be hard on the lower back though.

Consistent? Well, I was consistent until about a month ago when I took almost a week off and noticed my unit looked like it was losing. Sure enough, I lost about 1/8 so I hit it again hard/ I gained back that 1/8 and then learned that my wrap technique was wrong. The pain and swelling I experienced as a result of improper wrapping deterred me so I quit again for another week. After reading and experimenting, I came back and somehow gained another 1/8 inch. I have also started incorporating adding night sets to keep my unit weakened. The good thing about taking the week off was that I could lower myself in weight. Unlike others, I don’t want to hit over 20 pounds of weight. I’ve been reaching fatigue quicker which is good. My max weight is 20 pounds but I honestly hover more between 12.5 - 15 pounds and always lower myself due to fatigue.
