1/2 inch, 6 Weeks!

I generally wore them continuously throughout the day. When I went to the bathroom for a urine break that’s when I would rewrap of course but I usually left the rings on and when I was done I’d just wrap and go. This took the least amount of time.

Early on when I was still conditioning and getting the wrap technique down I would take the rings off for an hour or so then reload.
As far as the taking them off for blood circulation, I usually didn’t have a problem with that. If I needed to take them off for a while it was usually because I wrapped to tight and my glans would swell up and ache, but within an hour or so I could reload and continue the day.

I don’t think its critical to keep them on ALL day long as much as it to wear them as much as possible. Sometimes its just not practical or perhaps your dick just needs a rest for the sake of the skin irritation.

Thanks Monty for the information. When I get my next paycheck I am going to be buying some of your PE weights. Right now I am wearing 7 golf weights which weighs 2.17 pounds total. I think it will be easier to wear your weights since they are heavier and denser then mine. Looking to hang 3-5 pounds for 8 hours as an ADS when I feel my penis is ready for it.

Suprisenly no I don’t get any pinching between the rings. Before I put the golf weights on I lube up my dick with vasiline so the rings slide right on and put all of there weight on the wrapping and cable clamp under the glans. The only problem I fore see is I can’t get more then 7 rings comfortably around my dick which only weighs 2.17 pounds. I want to hang 3-4 pounds worth of golf weights on my dick and the best way to do that is with your weights. I’ll be buying some in a couple of weeks.

skepticalOne - I decided on the Bib Hardcore Starter instead of the Redi-Stretcher. After all the research I did and my use of my home made Bib type hanger, I figure I might as well go with the best. I have heard the RS really isn’t that good. But if you want to blow $35 and try it out, please let me know how it works for you. Now I can’t wait to get my Hardcore Starter and try it out!

Not sure who this is aimed at. My half inch impressed me, but I feel like I’ve stagnated already. I invested in a Bib; hopefully that will get my gains going again!

Interesting, I got the bib starter as well. I didn’t get the hard core starter as I wanted some extra padding. I’m hanging in my under-the-desk pulley system as I write. 20 minutes with this on and 10 lbs (not very difficult with the pulley, it’s easier) is like time flies.

Keep my posted on your experience with the bib. So far I thing it is great. Hurts a little just because I’m not used to such hard core squeezing as this bites into your corpus carvernosa real good.

I decided on the Hardcore since I’m 1) cheap and 2) I figure I can wrap pretty well so the padding isn’t a necessity. I’m glad to hear you like the Starter and that it gets great shaft grab. The Bib just seemed like the most logical choice for me. Did you have a hard time dialing it in to your personal settings? That’s what I worry about. But after reading about those who made their own Bib variation, I was really stoked because they said they had the same issues of pain on top and in the head from their home brew, but the Bib is fantastic. I should have mine by Tuesday. Can’t wait!

Has anyone seen gains with just 3-20min sets a day and no ads. I don’t have a billion hours a day to sit and hang, plus I’m not personally a big fan of the idea of hanging all day. I am by no means new to PE, and I have done some stretching in the past, but never hanged. I would just like to know if 3-20min sets 4-5 days a week with no ads would be useful at all. Any help on the subject much appreciated.

Yes, I think there are people who have gained with such a routine.

But why no ADS?

New and Revolutionary hanging routine

I hang several hours a day because I actually like the feel of it; but I work from home so I have an 8 hour window of me time. I’m not sure I’d care to hang such extreme weights from my unit.

I must not be keeping up, You hang several hours a day but your not sure you want to hang extreme weights?

I guess that begs the question about what an extreme weight is?
