I took a sabbatical from Thunder’s for several years after failure to gain from the various stretching ideas and just figured I was a tough gainer.

I came back about 2 months ago and studied the Bib hanger extensively. I decided to make my own and give it a shot.

Unlike last time, I made very specific changes to my past routine. I use a heating pad for my heat source, heating up 10 minutes before wrapping. I use Theraband and sweatshirt material as my wrap and a very simple Bib knock off.

I started hanging at just under 6 inches bone pressed erect using an old milk jug as my weight. This is about 8 pounds.

I started hanging as well as doing cranks on my unit with 10 minutes of massaging and heating. I can usually do 3 hours a day, 5 days a week but on some days can only manage 2 hours. I also keep the heating pad on my pubic region while I hang.

After my session, I use 4 golf weights for an ADS as long as I can for the rest of the day. I also hang standing up, as sitting really seems to hurt my skin and makes the old guy go numb. Forgive me for my lack of knowledge of the terms but I believe they are called kegels - I do kegels during the hang time as well to strengthen the muscles which has proven to increase my shooter. 25 at a time during the 15-20 minutes I hang, I usually average 100-175 kegels per 20 minutes.

After my first three weeks I was blown away to discover that I had gained .25 inches, making me 6.25 BPEL. I just upped my weight to 1.5 full milk jugs which comes out to about 15 pounds. The lig stretching is incredible. I was even more blown away when yesterday I measured and was up to 6.50 BPEL and about 6.75 inches stretched while limp. All of this within 6 weeks.

My wife loves when I hang because she has already noticed the increase. She encourages me to hang though she refuses to say those words: “I love a bigger cock.” It has been easy to hang because my wife not only knows about it, but encourages it. She never once complained about the size before, but for my own ego I decided I want 8. It’s hard to believe that I could possibly be at my goal of 8 inches in a very short time, but this is definite encouragement to keep it up. Hang in there guys (no pun, well maybe a little, intended) because it can be done, as numerous TPers have proven!

I also hope I’m not just dreaming because I am also losing weight, so the fat pad has decreased some. But for as long as I can remember, I have always been just below 6 inches.

Great story and awesome gains. When people get serious about changing their unit it seems hard to pinpoint the one thing that caused the dramatic change…maybe it’s a combination of several. I think the ADS following the hanging session is pretty important. Also, the reduction in the fat pad makes a difference since youare measuring BPEL. Bottom line though is those gains are fantastic so keep up the great work!

Don’t keep increasing the hanging weight while you are gaining size though - stick with it until you plateau for a fair amount of time or you will just injure yourself and go backwards.

Try to do some A-stretches to target the tunica more along with your other PE stuff :)

Thanks for the encouragement guys! I know I never used to preheat and never wrapped correctly so I’m sure that had plenty to do with it. Due to the collected wisdom on here, I figured heat was a SUPER important part of gains. Herballist - as far as increasing weight, I’ll definitely take that into consideration. The only reason I increased weight was because 8 pounds wasn’t really doing much in the lig area any more. I just wasn’t feeling it. I’ll have to look up A-stretches as that does not sound like anything I’ve heard of before.

How do you hang? Is it straight out, between the cheeks? What are you feeling in your ligs, can you describe the sensation please.

Well, I’m not familiar with the terms, but I believe the hang method I use is just SD. I attach my hanger and just let it hang by the force of the weights which is just straight down. The sensation I get in my ligs is a very intense pulling, especially if I arch my back or bounce… yes, bounce. After a hanging session of 1-3 hours my ligs are very, very sore; sometimes even painful to the touch the next day like a good work out at the gym.

Does your junk hang low the next day, or is there a period where you’re shriveled up a bit as you heal?

THE biggest change was adding heat with a heating pad. I wrap it around my penis and put it on my pubic area for 10 minutes and stretch it in between to get it ready to hang. Before when I tried to hang I never bothered stretching or warming up.

I read Bib’s wrapping thread which taught me the correct way to wrap so my hanger can get the right grip and give me the best pull. I added what I call cranks to my routine, mostly when I’m in the shower. Picture one of those pipe organs that little monkeys crank to make music - that’s what I do to my penis which helps it stretch in all directions. Make a fist and where your index finger and thumb close is where the head will go in. Grip it and crank it in a circular motion. I do 50 per hand, usually 200-300 cranks at a time (seems like a lot but 50 at a time is nothing.)

And then after the whole hanging session, I wear 4 golf weights for the rest of the day to maintain the extended position since my penis loves to shrivel and hide. I suppose you would too if you were subjected to such torture!

I definitely use the ADS - 4 golf weights because my junk loves to shrivel up and hide. The the next day it’s a mix between hanging low and retracting, if that makes sense. But after the work out, it loves to hide. I also noticed something unusual with the ADS - this is a little hard to explain, but I’ll try my best. Usually after a hang session, even though I put on the ADS, it tries to retract and shrink, so it looks like a french fry even in the ADS. One day I laid down and the schlong got to extend between my legs. After I got back up (about 30 minutes later) he was nice and plump.

First of all, I would like to congratulate on your gain
I am also hanging and wearing ADS after the the workout, I guess this is the best combination I ever made. My hanging section only last 20 min a day but with heavy weights. My flaccid state is hanger longer. My flaccid used to 4.5 inches now is 5.2 inches; I only gained 0.25 erect lenght so far but it only been 10 weeks anyway

I read on MOS about “hardcore hanging.” This guy hangs like 25 pounds, only 20 minutes a day and has apparently gained quite a bit. How much are you hanging and what are you using to hang? Congrats on your gains as well!

I think there has to be a limit with hanging. Hanging ridiculous weights won’t get you there twice as fast. At a certain point - hanging 25lbs will give him an injury and slow his gains down if anything.

Obviously, too light and it won’t make a difference.

The guy on MOS said he worked his way up to 25 lbs. and warned people to work slowly up to that weight. I hang 15 and that is about my max, although I’m sure it has a lot to do with my hanger. They said Bib was hanging 45 pounds at one point, maybe even more. I just don’t see how it’s possible and will NOT be aiming for that! Thanks again for the encouragement Herballist!
