Yes, we don’t want anyone “fracturing their boner” and expecting to fill in the gap with an extender. Lol. It is curious that the device has been around for well over sufficient time for gains to be observed yet no hardcore confirmation. I almost believe that they drop off the program because it takes so long and doesn’t fit most peoples lifestyle. I’m certainly going to try my best to make it too.

The general practice it to cut the bone, actually; then applying 0.25 mm (1/10 of inch) discrepancy 4 times per day. The bone will fill that little space. The chances of infection are very high though.

Keep in mind this involved one mode of fixation and they also categorized what they called superficial infections as part of the rate although they had successful outcomes with standard management. Where the process really shines in terms of it helping people is in maxillofacial surgery. Read up on Ilizarov’s story-truly fascinating.

Those procedures almost always involve breaking the bone, but I think the broadly applicable part is that ALL the tissues in the leg lengthen permanently under traction.

Sparky, did you get one of those extenders from the creator? That Gary-something dude?

I really want to know how he molded his “bioadhesive” and if it is as awesome as he claimed.

Yeah Sparky I am about half way through the 49 pages and am yet to find much hard info. My instinct is that gerrykjohnsons might be onto something re his static stretching idea but reckon we can get the same result with Xeno’s Cockcoil with a lot less fuss.

Can you give us a brief summary of the conclusions you have reached riding the thread.

Yes, as I mentioned, I did get one, but never really got the hang of it. I used the bioadhesive to make a stealth extender that went around my waist. Super comfortable and barely noticeable.

Medical grade silicon, where its pretty “sticky” but still fairly strong. You could just pore it on a glass sheet (that side against your skin) and just put a border around it in roughly a sheet shape with rounded edges. Yeah, it was pretty good. Like I said, when I created my own “around the waist” extender, I could were it all day comfortably.

Honestly, I don’t think it should be that hard to come up with it. Fortunately, I have about 3 sheets of it, so it should last me for about 12 inches of new dick, lol.

My conclusions, are as follows (no idea if its correct or not). I believe we can stimulate growth, but you probably do need over eight hours a day, the more the better, AND that its a window of enough force to stimulate but below a level that shifts into a different response. I think most fail because of too much force. I hope to get back into it (at some point, I’m happy with water pumping right now) and see if I can find that window.

I ordered a cord adjuster to allow me to make definite and small changes in cord tension (for my around the waist extender) and then I will give another run at it again. My problem before was I was trying to change cord length with crude knots…and I wasn’t being very effective with it.

I would agree with the above quote 100%. High forces will also be difficult with such an approach because they could not be tolerated for a long enough duration without significant nail biting and clock watching.

So sparkyx, the silicone sleeve part of that extender is just a rectangular sheet you wrap around your shaft? Is there a ridge or anything that seats behind the glans? I thought I remembered him writing that it was a combination of silicone and urethane, like varnish. I wonder if ecoflex would work.

Well root and spark, that’s good news for me because The vacextender I got from monkeybar is comfortable enough to wear long periods (have had it on 3.5 hours now without removing. Also the cheaper minotaur I got on fleabay is good too with the ski sunglass strap. But the former has springs, the latter, not. But if light force as the extenders provide is effective it is a relief to my mind. When I go back to work I may have to wear it only at home, but this will still give me at least 5 hours of straight wear time.

Sparky, thanks That is very helpful. I found the repetiveness of the original thread very distracting. Think I will try to achieve the same using a slider initially and followed up by long sessions with Xeno’s Cock coil (Cock Coil ADS) and finally the water pumping at night. Your insights suggest I should lighten up with the tension during the morning extender session. Must keep remembering not to crank up the tension too much. It is so hard not to be greedy.

No ridge, just a rectangular sheet with rounded edges. It is super smooth on one side, I’m sure from being poured on a glass sheet, and drying there.

You don’t really need a special way to anchor it, the stickiness of the sheet provides enough “traction” for the device. IF you find your sheet slipping upward (many did) its a sure indicator that you are using too much force.

I’m sure we could easily find a replacement by using some of the medical grade silicon. Honestly, I don’t think it was providing anything extraordinary from some exotic mix. I think it should be fairly easy to find a medical grade silicon that has enough “stick” and strength so it doesn’t tear easily. Of course, I could be wrong (wouldn’t be the first time!).

One of the things he said that stuck in my mind, is that when he got the tension right, he starting getting tons of spontaneous erections. I think that is a key physiologic response to look for. Too much tension in an extender kills my EQ.

Is there a way of working out how much traction force is being applied to the penis? I’m using the andropenis extender with the ‘special method/routine’.
