GIRTH gains from extenders?

Anyone ever see any girth gains from extenders?

1.What were your girth gains?

2. What device did you use?

3. What exactly was your complete routine?

I gained about a half inch of base girth only (first 2”, tapering) with a Miracle Slider at high tension, averaging 5-6 hours a day. I was also jelquing and manual stretching during this time, but believe it was the extender because I gained no girth except a bit of newby gains in the year before the extender with a manual routine.

The base girth gains took about a year, in the time since, (over a year easily) I’ve continued with the extender, but gained no more girth with it.

I really don’t think extenders are the way to go if you’re trying to gain girth.

I’m still using the extender, but for the past 2 months I’ve been air-pumping afterwards to try and gain some girth, too soon to see any results yet.

That’s still pretty good. I’d kill for a half inch gain!

What kind of extender was it? Like a noose style?

Was there any particular way it was designed that you think aided in the gain?

Not a noose, 3/4” wide Velcro strap​. I don’t know about the reason for base girth gain, other than possibly because it’s a slider rather than a spring extender I wore it at higher tensions than most do, but who knows really?

Was it comfortable? I bought an andropenis but the damn willy keeps slipping out. And it’s not comfortable…

RedWilly, I also have an andropenis it took a little time to get use to and in the being I could not keep it on. If you start using with out really any stretch you will condition your penis to get use to it then start adding rods. I have had my for 7 years over that period of time I have grown over an inch. I haven’t used it that much lately but was thinking about breaking it out again. You will have replace the silicon tube often

The thing is almost unbearable to wear because of the constant slippage.

Did you get any girth gains from the andropenis?

I’m not familiar with that brand, how does it attach and what are you using for a wrap?

If it’s one of those surgical silicone straps, they’re too stretchy, that’s what mine came with. Convert it over to use Velcro (should be able to Google Velcro extender mod, I think it’s a sticky on the MOS forum)

For a wrap underneath, I use sports wrap, but that self attaching Ace bandage will work as well, just tends to get tangled more.

I actually like the sports wrap better after it’s been washed a time or two and lost it’s adhesive qualities, stings a bit taking it off when it’s still sticky.

It’s a silicon band, with some spongy material over it and it just slips out constantly.

I googled some Velcro extender mod’s but couldn’t really find anything for andropenis… I might have to think of making one.

I’ve been using the Quick Extender Pro for off and on for about a year and 4 months now but been pretty consistent with it for the last 2 months and have literally seen no gains. Nada. Manual stretching, nothing. So I would assume that (if these things actually work) it’s a matter of anatomy because I can’t imagine sticking to something for this long and not seeing and kind of result other that irritation and sore glands.

Currently - 6.75" BPEL x 5" MEG (yes, no gains yet)

Goal is - 8" BPEL x 6" MEG

There have been quite a few clinical studies showing and proving the effectiveness of traction devices and length gains.

Girth gains are mixed… Some show girth gains, some more reputable ones only show glands girth gains and no shaft girth gains.

Maybe you’re not using enough traction, wearing it long enough, or using it improperly. You can google penile traction device clinical studies and I’m sure you’ll find the studies I’m referencing.

There’s both a sweet spot with how much you use it and how much tension you use it. You cannot split the difference and go maximum tension whenver you feel like, off and on. Consistency and gentle force work better than sporadic, hard force. Especially with extenders.

The guys who gain with extenders usually log their hours and tension levels and have a consistent schedule, even if it isn’t the longest. It is repeatable from week to week and this, over time shows gains. Personally, I did 2-4 hours a day, 3 or 4 days a week. For 18 months, when I was a consistent extender user.

If you’re experiencing a sore glans, I imagine you’re both tightening the noose too hard and running the tension too high. When the tension is too high your body will resist and your penis will retract and go into a defensive mode where no gaining can be achieved.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I assure you guys. I’ve watched the videos online of proper wear. I’ve watched the video that comes with the product. I started doing 4-6 hours first as that was what was recommended as a beginner and worked my way up. You would think that with everyone’s success stories with the traction devices I would’ve seen at least some kind of increase. But nothing. And from what I’ve read on here there are a lot of members who also experience no gains from their device. This is what leads people to surgery.

Watching videos doesn’t mean you didn’t push it too hard. But, not everything works for everyone. I ain’t selling that at all.

Frustration and lack of progress does lead to increasingly more drastic measures, surgery included. I just hope, if that’s your next option, that you weigh it very well.

Just think about going a different route.
I gained nothing from extending either but did get some from hanging.
