GIRTH gains from extenders?

The base girth gains took about a year, in the time since, (over a year easily) I’ve continued with the extender, but gained no more girth with it.

I really don’t think extenders are the way to go if you’re trying to gain girth.

I’m still using the extender, but for the past 2 months I’ve been air-pumping afterwards to try and gain some girth, too soon to see any results yet.

How’d the air pump and extending work for you?

Didn’t your andropenis package come with the foam you can cover the silicone tubing in? That’s what I do and I’m wearing it right now at quite the high traction. Without the foam it would be pure agony and pain.

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.

I have an X-4

It takes at least 4 hours a day at least 4-5 times a week consistently — to see any gains.

I calculated based on the website and other reports, it’s ~.003” per 1500-2000 hours of wear. (1.5” per 1000 hours)

So to get a 1/2 ” length increase would take 500 hours or 100 days of 5 hours a day

1, or 2 hours a day have not in my experience done crap — It takes at least 4 uninterrupted (except to fix the wrap) hours at a time - for results.

I gained almost 1/2 ” but didn’t cement it

Kdong Starting: 7.1 x 5.125 vol = 14.84 cu. in. Current: 7.1BPEL 5.5 MSEG = 17cu. in. GOAL --> 8.5 x 6.5 vol: 28.6 cu. in.

Took Time off, lost some gains-- Girth cemented

No PE since 2015 -- starting back up

I been using stretchers for almost 3 years and have gained in length for sure. But not girth. It wasn’t designed for girth. And I noticed a lot of folks only put in around 4hrs when you need at least 8hrs of time in it to benefit from it.. Maybe that’s why some haven’t seen any length increase?

Anyone have any updates?

Bought a quick extended pro and phallosan. Will be using qep in the house and pf outside.

Hi, I’m successfully using a Andro extender for at least 3- 4 hours a day. I use the foam to cover the noose and also wear that little bandage thing too that you put on behind your glands and it makes wearing it pretty much comfortable.

What I also would recommend is jelqing a little before putting it on making your head expand a little which I found is key for me in preventing any sort of slippage. I always do some stretching and jelqing now before putting it on.

As of now I’ve gotten all the rods mounted onto the extender arms making me extend at maximum tension and length.

Nice. For how long? Have you had any length / girth gains yet?

The guys who gain with extenders usually log their hours and tension levels and have a consistent schedule, even if it isn’t the longest. It is repeatable from week to week and this, over time shows gains. Personally, I did 2-4 hours a day, 3 or 4 days a week. For 18 months, when I was a consistent extender user.

If you’re experiencing a sore glans, I imagine you’re both tightening the noose too hard and running the tension too high. When the tension is too high your body will resist and your penis will retract and go into a defensive mode where no gaining can be achieved.

What kind of length gains did you see during that 18 months (of 2-4 hours, 3-4 days/week) ?

From my understanding the principal is similar for vac extenders, spring and the likes, the only difference is how they are worn and hence different comfortability factors.

I have a x4 and have used it some what successfully (seemingly) in my early endeavours before I tracked a routine and measurements. I want to get a phallosan forte soon and encorporate that to my manual stretching and jelqing that I currently do.

You should start out slow - say wearing it 2 hours at a time 4 hours per day at very minimal tension for a week. Then keep the wear time the same but move to the optimal tension (which usually seems to be in the medium tension range of around 1kg). Then over the next weeks increase wearing time to 3 hours twice a day and then 4 hours twice a day to get to 8hrs total which is a good mark. You could also get to 5hrs twice a day over the course of wearing if for a month or more.

Commonly what happens is people try too much tension and too much time too fast. It’s not a race! Start slow with less tension and time, add to your tension till it’s optimal and then slowly add onto your time.

Anyone else have any girth gains using any kind of traction devices?

I use an Andro and the silicone tube broke the third time I had it on.
That’s perhaps my luck. I used the inner tube of a race bicycle instead. Many advantages:
- You can adjust the pressure just beneath your gland to keep it comfortable en keep everything in place
- More: when putting on the Andro in a half erect condition (or an erect condition as I do now most of the time), the tube when pulled tighter and tighter will push blood into the gland, make it bigger so it is less likely to slip downwards.
- It makes it easier to ad rods and start at longer distances: it is sufficient to keep the gland above the tube, the gland looks like the head of a hanged man ;-)

So far for practical tips.

Most important: I only use it 1 hour a day (approx 3 tot 4 days a week) and guess what: There is length gain after 1,5 year of use. Perhaps 2cm or 2/3 inch. I went from BPEL 13cm to 15cm. I have added the long rod (2inches?) of the Andro couple of months now and use bolts to gradually increase the length so I can add the 1inch rods.

I can fully agree with what some other Peers said here: I all comes down to gentle pressure and frequent use.

Did you gain any girth using the extender? Congrats on the gains!

No; no girth gains yet.

I focus on length for the time being.
