Recovery will definitely be affected by factors such as age, hormone levels, diet, etc.. I have noticed that if I wrap a freezer pac for 6 or 7 mins around the penis while wearing an ADS in the extended state immediately followingl my workout I will have rock hard EQ within hours but if I dont use the freezer pac rock hard EQ will not return for 1 1/2 days. This obviously indicates that the cold speeds my recovery.
