Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I've EVER done

Great breakthrough, I have a few quick questions about your grip with the hand doing the bending:

How are you gripping your unit? Do you stay as close to the weight stack as possible, or do you grip up closer to the head?

When you get to the last weight in the stack, are you gripping the head or do you always keep your grip behind the head?


God gave me: 4.75" BPEL / 5" EG

Currently: 6" BPEL / 5.25" EG

Goal: 7" BPEL / 5.75" EG

I pull as much of my dick through the weight stack as possible and then get as much of a grip (towards the weight stack) as I can. Then, holding this, I bend the unit around the weights for a fulcrum stretch.

I’m keeping the grip behind the head and probably being more careful about how I’m torquing the unit on the final ring due to the grip’s proximity to the bundled area of nerves posterior to the glans.

I have also backed off yet again with the tension that I’m using when doing these. Very easy to kick the shit out of your dick with these. When you’re in the sweet spot with them though, there’s nothing better. You can get your whang to respond to these like dough beneath a rolling pin if you do them right.

Ahhhh okay. This clears exactly what I was wondering up because I am experiencing redness and soreness right around my frenulum from gripping right there to stretch so much. I am cut I don’t know if you are but I guess you are just saying grab closest to the weight and do a fulcrum stretch correct?

I’m cut. Yes, this is what to do. Make sure that when you grab that you are already stretching your dick out as far as it will go straight and then wrap it over the ring. This is how you’re really going to be able to “lock” your pecker into the fulcrumed position and hold it at a max stretch with ease.

This “ratcheting” the dick over reminds me of those geared mechanisms they have on sail boats where you pull the mainsail line through and then, when you’re all lined up into the wind properly, you pull your line through and it locks in place and you don’t have to grip the line anymore to hold it in that position. Once you get the dick properly gripped and folded over the ring it is incredibly easy to hold a killer stretch.

Grip was always my problem with manual stretching before. Nevermore!

Oh my God! You are a fucking genius! Seriously man I cannot thank you enough. I have been looking for a way to stretch without gripping right before the head because I have always stretched that way because I always felt if I gripped any lower I would only be stretching skin and not my internal dick. Thank you so much man. I will be doing a lot of this stretching and then jelqing maybe right after or at night. I’ll keep you updated. The stats in my sig still stand. I am hoping to cement 7.5 BP and I think this is exactly what I needed.

This is such a great exercise. Wish I had thought of it. I’ve always used fulcrums during my hanging exercises but this such a better full length bombardment to the shaft because now I can get fulcrums where the hanger covered it before. Now I can fore go the fulcrums during heavy hanging and just do the standard angles which is what will increase base girth. So I can actually cut down on hanging time and get better results because the tissues are already beat up.

I haven’t been this excited since I found Thunder’s in the first place.

Really great innovation! How are your gains coming along?

I suspect with this much directed stretch, you might need an IPR type approach. If your gains slow dramatically after about 2 weeks, you might want to go a couple days of ADS only…then directly into a 3-4 week break. You would probably see some pretty awesome growth “spurts”.

I suspect, as you have felt, that you can really separate the densely woven fibers of the tunica, because you focus the force into a very small area…and kind of “pull” them apart. If thats true, once you get pretty good separation, your gains will rapidly stop. I believe that if you then do a decon break, you can begin to get gains again…not sure of the mechanism, whether it stimulates more growth or what.

Thats why I’m curious of your latest measurements…if the have dramatically slowed, then this would work great as a 2 week on, 3-4 week off…repeat cycle type of approach.

What is the latest with the gains?

Thanks for the interest sparkyx. I’ve been considering the same kind of thing. I’ve had such a “burst” from doing these. Pulled bpfsl measurements after sessions that left me scratching my head.

I usually pull a measure or two quite frequently, but don’t report it as an increase unless I can duplicate it for 3 straight days. Something I haven’t even tried to do in awhile.

I do know this, the other day I pulled 7 and 3/8ths bone pressed, which was like a, “hell yeah!” moment. However, I know from bitter experience that these kind of measures can be transitory. So I’m not going to really measure at all for one week and then I’m going to measure every day after that week to see where I’m actually at.

I could very easily see something like your theorizing happening with these though, that is, “Bursts” of growth which should then be followed by some decon. I’m definitely taking more off days now than I ever have too- just naturally taking them due to “listening to my body”. My body says that these are awesome, but it also says that I haven’t quite “found the ideal edge” with them yet either.

I’ll get back to you here in 7 days and start posting the measures I’m pulling. If there’s been a stall, I’ll definitely decon. Hell, I might anyway just to “stay in the zone!”

Hey man how’s it going are you still getting soreness and gaining? I was wondering if you could do me a huge favor. I think you said you were cut just like me. So, could you give complete, descriptive instructions on exactly how to do these because I am still finding the only way I can get a good sore stretch is by gripping right at the head. But this creates dryness of the frenulum and around it so I really can’t do them every day. I think you said grab the penis as close to the weight as possible, pull straight out, then bend it over the weight and hold. I will attempt this again.

Are you completely flaccid when doing these? Please it would be so helpful if you could clear all these things up.

And yes, they’re done totally flaccid. Read through all of my previous posts here. There’s one in particular where I detail how I use soap in the shower to give a “tacky” coating which faccilitates getting a good grip. I not only find that grasping the head is unnecessary, but is inneffective. Choking down on the cock as close to the stack of rings as possible is what allows you to bend it over the ring and apply a fulcrum with the most ease. Play with it, you’ll figure it out.

As some of you are probably finding, by “choking down” on your dick by pulling it out as far as is comfortable with one hand and then locking that stretch by taking a grip down next to the weights with the other is a great way to get a “straight out” stretch too. I’ve added straight out stretching to my golf weight fulcrum sets. Feels like a good stretch. Seems to pull right down to the root. Not an internals blaster like the fulcrum, but pulling out from the body. Nice.

With this approach, I don’t think there is much growth during the “burst”. I think it is pure tissue stretching. However, during the decon, I do believe some type of growth will occur, which will ALSO allow another “burst” of increase size during the next active stretching phase.

Thats why I think its critical to do daily accurately measure your bpfl, and when it greatly slows or stops…go directly into the next phase of passive ADS for a few days or decon for those 2 or more weeks ( I forget the recommended time).

I think Xeno was on to something with that 2 week window, but I would ride it as long as its expanding whether it be 2 weeks or 2 months. I AM curious though, to hear how long the “burst” lasts for you.

Then you’re not doing something right. Read back through the posts here and see if you can get it wired. You can absolutely BLAST the internals with this if you do it right. Start over, read all the posts like you’re discovering it for the first time. Perhaps you’ve just missed something.
