Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I've EVER done

Hmm, well even with lube it’s hard for me to get these weights all the way to the base. Even when I do, they are super tight and can induce an erection easily. Are all golf weight the same size? Do you have weights that are wider that a 1.25” inside diameter, monty?

Yes, perhaps you need to get the enlarged rings. They are 1 1/2” diameter. You must be over 5” girth flaccid.

Anyone still doing this? This is my second time when I have done this. It really gives me nice tunica fatigue. It’s just hard to do because my penis is getting hard sometimes and rings trap little amount of blood there. My routine now seems to be doing Wantsmore in the morning shower and pumping and jelqing before bed.

I do it about 2 sessions every two weeks, these are pretty intense exercises and shouldn’t be done too often or frequently in my opinion.

They do have a tendency to bust up a lot of tissue. I think a guy needs to be prepared to apply some consistent additional hanging, ADS, clamping or something. Understand though these are only affecting the soft tissues. The ligs will need to be stretched if you want length gains, but if your after girth gains, these are the way to go. What a tool they are. Everyone should use these if they want girth gains.

What about tunica length gains over time? Thank you.

Tunica LENGTH? Actually I think the stretching that results will give more girth gains rather then length. If there is any length gains it’s because the tunica allows the ligs to be stretched where in the natural state the tunica will work in conjunction to limit length with the ligs.

There were a couple of negatives concerning these exercises. One was it produced some swelling from the beating the tunica was taking so it made for a tighter fit in the hanger which meant adjusting the hanger to fit again. The second negative was the trauma inflicted on the tunica meant that measures needed to be taken rather soon to use the weakened state to your advantage. That much damage really caused the body to react with healing enzymes in larger quantities then normal so plateauing was more likely. In other words you needed to be on top of the action with consistent action. After one of these exercises is no time to do a de-con break.

Ya I bought some golf weights and cant fit the damn things over dick. Just my luck! So if you have some girth, look for an alternative.

Ok well I’ve been trying these and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, but they’re not doing anything for me. I did actually make a cool device to do them on rather than having to use rings though. Basically I have a horizontal piece of cylindrical wood hanging from a rope tied to each end. Then all you have to do is bend your cock over the wood at whichever point you want to stretch, and pull and stretch (if you’re sitting all you really have to do is lean back in the chair while holding your cock and this will stretch it).

Anyway, regardless, I don’t get any gains from these and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

If anyone’s curious about what I made I’ll take a pic and post it.

Ok, another question for the people that this has been working for.

Have you gained more IMMEDIATE post-workout girth from other exercises or from this one? From what I remember from when I gained from orange bends, the actual immediate post-workout girth I got wasn’t very much, however, I gained girth permanently. With other exercises which may have given me more immediate girth, I didn’t gain anything permanently. So, I’m wondering if flaccid exercises maybe give a better quality of expansion or something like that.

Is this the case with people for this exercise? How has your post-workout girth been in comparison to using other exercises. If smaller or larger, which exercise gave you the best permanent girth gains?
