Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I've EVER done

Try laying down in a hot tub. I’ve tried it this way and it worked well.

Is it possible this could help turkey neck as well? I was thinking, each time you do an upward stretch, it is putting pressure on the base. But the skin on the base is also getting stretched a small bit. As you go up it’s stretching this little areas of skin, thus they should grow too right? This could be gold i tell you, GOLD.

I don’t know about anyone else but I simply cannot be bothered with the sideways stretches. I didn’t feel too much of a stretch from them and just can’t concentrate when I’m doing them.

As a result I’ve doubled down on working the vertical stretches. This is a hell of an exercise.

I’ve been doing these for a couple of months, and I reckon they’re the best length exercises I’ve done. I saw about a 0.3 inch gain in a couple of weeks which hopefully will cement, taking a wee decon break at the moment though.

I too don’t like the sideways stretch as much, and because I was also having trouble maintaining grip I’ve adapted the stretch to do:

40 secs left
40 secs down (LH)
40 secs down (RH)
40 secs right
40 secs up (LH)
40 secs (RH)

More hand changes which isn’t ideal, but it makes it easier to keep the grip, and focuses more on the up and down stretches which to me feel better.

Why aren’t hand changes ideal? I don’t know how you can do them without hand changes. Also, I don’t see how you can benefit from these without stretching to the side. It just seems you get more of the tunica with the side move.

Maybe it’s just me, but getting the ideal grip can be difficult.

This is true. Getting a good grip is challenging, especially when you add more weights. I try to grab it at a different angle every time. I even loosen my grip, and re-establish it halfway through a stretch, to make sure it doesn’t slip out of my hand. Also, I find this method is necessary when you feel any discomfort, because it’s not worth hurting yourself to get a good stretch. Which is another good reason for newbies to stay away from this workout. At least until you toughen up a bit.

Anyone know where I can order these weights from? All the links at the beginning of this thread are now no-gos, they all say “item no longer available” whether it’s World of Golf or Amazon. I really wanna try these stretches out, on paper it sounds so much more effective than basic manual stretching, which I continue to have difficulty with.

Is there some sort of swing weight donut conspiracy going on? People buying ‘em up so no more PEers can reap the benefits? If anyone can direct me to a site where these are currently available it would be a huge help.

I spent a small amount and got my 4 weights yesterday. I just did the stretching with them. My dick feels a light burning sensation all over it. I hope this works. I am wondering, do I have to put weights on it afterward to keep it stretched so the results stay there?

How have you guys been doing with these? Was the IPR approach the best way to go with these? Did anyone gain girth as well? Just ordered some weights as right now I’ve hit a plateau and need to try something new!

Ok, I just got some golf weights and I tried putting one on dry and it’s a struggle to get past my head. My girth is 4.5” when flaccid. I was surprised at how small the inside circumference is. How are bigger guys even managing to get them on? I’m guessing in the shower they would slip on easier, but I guess doing them dry is not an option. Maybe I got the wrong weights. The inside diameter is 1.25”.

Try using some Talcum powder for a lubricant.
