Where were you when I needed you UpTo7. That’s the most straightforward possible way I’ve ever heard it described.

I’m getting back into PE after a year deconditioning. I almost forgot how much I like playing with my dick… well, like this at least… :D

There’s got to be some kind of endorphine thing that happens with the meditative/concentrative aspects of playing with our sex organs as we do in PE. I feel great.

The idea of doing these kinds of fulcrums/bends in anything resembling a clamped state scares the hell out of me. Buyer beware.

And I don’t know about any possible alternatives to the golf weights or monte’s weights here. The, “torus” (donut) shape is pretty hard to find in the right size and durability and material. I would just go for ordering monte’s or golf weights online. It’s worth it. You get a great ADS device and a killer workout tool in one shot.

My first visit to this thread…interesting, had to read through to where someone suggested curtain rings, but if maximum inside diameter is 1.5” I think I’d run into trouble real fast since that’s my flaccid diameter most of the time.

wantsmore, regarding BPFSL: the trick is to learn how to do it so it matches BPEL. What I find works best: standing, feet shoulder width apart, knees locked, back straight. Bend your neck from the highest point possible…and from there play with pelvic angles, inclination etc until you match BPEL. How you place the ruler plays an important role too - I do about 45% tilted so I can read it but not have it go under the pubic bone.

Some pictures would be nice please. These explanations doesn’t make any sense without some pictures or video.

I am reading through the thread and it’s hard for me to grasp how to do this stretch with golf weights. Can someone describe it in full detail (poss pictures)? This will help greatly to those who are starting out and wants to stretch their man hood.

Bought the golf weights today. There was only one size. I barely fit in and once in need to wet them and carefully pinch my skin to get them off. I started getting hard with two on and was afraid they would not come off but calmly was able to remove them. They had a sort of jelq quality to them as i took them off so i may be able to use them somehow… will have to play around with them i suppose. I thought of the women with rings around their necks and wonder if they can be used like that? With two on i was able to hold them with one hand and pull to the sides with the other hand giving a good bend stretch. I wish they had a larger opening.

The golf weights come in two different sizes. They look almost identical (the red/orange walmart varieties) but there are in fact two sizes. I can’t use the smaller ones, but the bigger ones are good. Which ones you will get is pretty much a crap shoot. WalMart usually has the bigger ones, but not necessarily. I’ve gotten both there at different times. Golf shops, same thing.

That said, none of the over the counter variety are available in an actual “girthy” size as Monte’s are. And Monte’s are twice as heavy as the golf weights and are probably better long term as an ADS.

You might also try using a little bit of hair conditioner as a lube and to reduce pinching while stretching with these.

Is your signature current? You mentioned taking a year long break but it’s been almost 4 years since you started the thread. Not trying to knock the routine because it’s definately intense but it seems like you would be well past 7.5. This is such a good routine that it’s confusing why there aren’t multiple reports of member gains over this length of time.

If anyone else has committed to this routine for any decent amount of time, please share your experience, be it good, bad, or insignificant. Again, not knocking the routine. It is on a level of it’s own.

I have been stuck on a platuea for quite some time, and am hoping this will break it.

I started this routine a week ago, it seems a lot different than other methods I’ve tried to get over this hump, so I’m hoping this will be it.

Just did a quick search for golf weights and came across this site.

Typed in 6 for the quantity and the total came to $25.67. Not too bad. That’s including U.S. Shipping and handling cost. Of course it will be more outside the U.S.

Gave these a whirl just now and yeah, can deifnatley see the potential. Have been looking for a new routine, am going to ease into them though. Will start off with 10-15 minutes worth and build up with some jelqing afterwards. I’ll do the two day on one off that wantsmore recommended, with and ADS afterwards.


Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.

Well I have done these today and yeah they are intense, in particular the upwards ones. Todays were more of a “feel out” than a legit session, and I held for about 20 secs. Starting from tommorow I will do them properley. As I use a rice sock I wil have to reheat as I was surprised how time consuming they were which is a good thing, as I was looking for structure.

Will do them for a month of gradual increasing duration, followed by jelqing and ADS. Will also throw some manual stretching in now again, probably JAI’s and/or BTC. I am also going to experiement with different angles.

My EQ is awesome at the moment so will monitor this closely.
