cervixhunter, what about off days? Did you take many back when you were PE’ing consistently?


Struggling with a peyronies injury during sex and loss of size after having been into PE.

^ I tried to make it 5/2 (days off in the weekend). I think ‘3 on / 1 off’ would be the best choice.

As for how much force, I appreciate your reiteration of the ‘accepted’ advice - not too much, not too little - which I haven’t been aware of since my presence here is sporadic (as in here for a few months, gone for a few years).

Though I can’t quantify it, it seems like the optimal force for me is right about where I maxed out with my original noose hanger in 1996 - around six pounds, maybe a little more now.

I will try your routine and see if I find a difference. I’m back to doing Tabata timing (20 secs on/10 secs off), and it has appeared to me that I hit the maximum variation in BPFSL within 5 minutes, but not less than 2….

drabbuhmot, I’m glad to hear that you have noticed independently the same kind of BPFSL variation before/after stretching! Still just a small number of people reported such an experience, but your report supported by data makes me optimistic in asserting it could be quite common.

I appreciate your approach. I think my measuring is pretty consistent - after all it’s like 14 years now (with the same ruler obtw) - and I’ve gotten used to my own ‘cheats.’ Still, how weird to one day to be 1/2 cm longer b&a, then the next unable to stretch to that length regardless of force.

We’re heading into summer here, and some days are hot and some cold - I’ve been aware my feet are cold and wondering if that correlates with my ‘small’ days? Also, considering ‘pre-piss’ hugeness I wonder if hydration is an issue. Sounds kind of flaky, but so are the huge swings in the chart of my b&a measurements.

drabbuhmot, thanks for keeping those records and later sharing them with us. I’ve done only manual stretches on a few days in the last two months. I haven’t done it consistently. Thanks for the additional info, and the same to you cervixhunter.

Just an update since I have started this routine. Over the weeks I have slowly modified it like any avid PEer would. I do this two to three times a day and I tend to just do piss pulls on the weekends.

Even though its 2 or 3 times a day only one of them is the full 15 minute routine. The other two are normally short 5 to 10 minute sessions.

I do straight out the majority of the time, then small circles, then larger circles, then to the left, right, up, and down.

Anyhow because of the wife’s change of schedule I had to drop hanging and only do manual stretches. But I’m happy to report from changing to hanging to this routine I went from 7” BPEL to 7.25” BPEL.

So I wanted to give credit to “cervixhunter” for opening my eyes to his routine. I know other threads about similar routines have been posted that have helped validate this thread to give me the encouragement and confidence in the routine to try it. Although I don’t know the names off of the top of my head I give thanks to them also.

You guys got me out of one hell of a plateau!

I think the multiple threads of this routine and similar ones need to be compiled and made into a sticky!

I was going through the issue as well. For the last two days, my flaccid hang was crappy after my routine. The only difference that I am aware of is the room temperature. My room has gotten a bit colder now and I usually do my routine without clothes.

After I got dressed, and about an hour or so, my flaccid hang came back.

It’s strange how body temperature can make such a difference.

That is correct. I took a small 1 week decon break the last week of August and then started this first of October.

Fantastic post CH!

I’ve been wondering over the years of how to reproduce the exact tension in my stretches without inducing any excessive strengthening of those tissues that inhibit further growth. The routine that you are suggesting definitely needs a unique name. Any ideas?

Quarter Hour Stretch, CHIPS (Cervix Hunter’s Intense Pole Stretch), etc. ;^)
