cervikhunter, I speak little English, if you would explain his method in two sentences …. you use a ruler as a measure of how much power to drag? maximum stretch your penis and pulling up to the length of 15 minutes and 10 seconds with 5 seconds ,to break the method?

zokiitalia, I don’t think I can summarize it in two sentences, but the routine in short is:

- Using the minimum force needed to obtain the maximum elongation. The ruler shows the point of maximum elongation.

- Stretches of minimum 10 seconds (max. 30 seconds), alternated by 5 sec. breaks. The routine consists of repeating cycles for 15 minutes. At the end of the first routine the maximum stretching length is marked.

- Each next day’s routine aims to set the marked maximum stretched length within 15 minutes. The time needed to achieve this should drop with each day. When only 10 minutes are enough to set the record length, increase slightly the marked length to the value you can reach in the remaining 5 minutes. This new record will be used as next days’ goal.

- Jelqing for 10 minutes after stretching

As for how much force, I appreciate your reiteration of the ‘accepted’ advice - not too much, not too little - which I haven’t been aware of since my presence here is sporadic (as in here for a few months, gone for a few years).

Though I can’t quantify it, it seems like the optimal force for me is right about where I maxed out with my original noose hanger in 1996 - around six pounds, maybe a little more now.

I will try your routine and see if I find a difference. I’m back to doing Tabata timing (20 secs on/10 secs off), and it has appeared to me that I hit the maximum variation in BPFSL within 5 minutes, but not less than 2….

Do you mind updating your PE stats. I don’t believe many of us have communicated with a PE’er with 10 years of experience let alone 14 years. There are alot of questions you can answer regarding longevity, long term gains, cementing, retaining/losing of gains, etc.

I just saw this thread, and I’m jumpin on the band wagon. CH, your a genius and I hope this works as well for me as Penox and a few others have found out.

Thanks. I’m still waiting for Mem to reappear so I can upload my updated site, but I realize how limited/dated much of my material is, and how much more thoroughly covered here.

For now, I’ve jumped ship on the five-minute experiment in favor of foreskin restoration, which is awesome since I’m getting noticeable results after a week and the last time I tried - in 2003 or so - I had very little luck. I’m getting active over on http://www.restoringforeskin.org/

A long time ago but since I am also stretching I really like to know what gains you guys have made with this great routine..?

Joe2 I’m glad you found this thread This is my first time reading it , but it looks like a very good thread and I’m sure if you try it in time you will gain, sounds very safe others in this thread gained from it and the starter of thread did. I have seen some other threads similar to this involving extenders , but this one is full of gold nuggets for a manual routine.

Yea. Just started the routine, because I did not have any success with an extender. Hopefully I will report gains in some weeks.

Use this method in combination with the extender. First stretch then hold elongation with the extender.

Just a thought, but can this sustained lengthening be achieved with an extender using a similar theory?

For example, instead of stretching 0.25” above BPEL as recommended, use this technique to set your extender length, daily.

I would guess some would argue about toughen ligaments, but I think any growth regardless of technique causes toughening, until enough constant force is applied to stimulate growth again.

I would really like to know your thoughts on this because you have achieved some awesome length gains with this method. In the past, the majority of my gains have come from extender use. After about 3-4 years of inconsistent PE, I am back and have ordered a Penimaster Pro to hopefully achieve another inch in length.
