So, PE does not work...

Well, it doesn’t work for me, I mean. I’ve tried everything in different periods of time.

First, I did jelqing and stretching for 4-6 months = NO RESULTS

Then (months later), I “re” did jelqing and stretching (in a more intense way and with some light clamping as well) for 6-8 months = NO RESULTS

For the last 3 months, I’ve been using a Penimaster (with a Vac Extender in the last 4-6 weeks) and I started hanging about 4 weeks ago, using a Vac Hanger. I do some light to moderate jelqing several times per week too. = NO RESULTS again

I’m tired of spending so much time in this PE for nothing! I can’t be considered a hard gainer, cause even these people gain something and I haven’t gained anything! I do have some VEEEERY sporadic bigger erections (perhaps 1 cm longer), like 1 out of 15-20 erections.

Thing is, whenever I focus on something, I am very consistent and I read A LOT about the subject, so that I know what I’m doing. I know a lot about PE, I know what I should and shouldn’t do, but whatever I do I don’t again anything!

VacExtender is an excellent product and same applies to the Vac Hanger (although I’ve had some problems using it sometimes). But it doesn’t matter, cause I’m not getting results with whatever PE exercise/technique/program I use.

You may be one of the rare people with incredibly strong connective tissue. Do you ever get any sprains or strains from sporting activities? I suspect you don’t.

Are you using a good heat source as a warm-up? If not, you may find that will be the only thing that helps.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Your right it doesn’t work for everyone especially if you give up. I wish I had some easy answers for you but every now and again we get a guy like you.

-Advanced stretches
-Hanging
-Pumping

Some people gain only from those, if you don’t gain form other exercises, try these. It is worth a try.

I did advanced stretches and hanging, but I didn’t do pumping.

In the last 3 months, besides using an extender and hanging (in the last 4-5 weeks), I also did some regular stretching (20 minute sessions) using the VacExtender (best way to stretch, in my humble opinion).

Perhaps I wasn’t clear enough.

I get bigger erections very sporadically, but there’s no correlation with the exercises I do in the days before that occurrence.

In fact, I continue doing the exact same thing (same intensity, same frequency) but I stop getting those bigger erections (please note my erection is still as strong, so it’s not like I’m getting weaker erections, just regular sized erections instead of the bigger one).

Several weeks later, I may get one bigger erection again… and so on…

Well, after spending so many hours doing PE exercises, I think it’s unfair if anyone accuses me of “giving up”.

I mean, how many people would keep doing this after > 15 months (all together) of “hard PE work” and no results?

I don’t believe “some people can gain and some people can’t.” I think some people just find their holy grail easier than others.

I believe you aren’t gaining and there is a reason for it. What is your detailed routines? You might be going at it the wrong way. Perhaps you are overtraining, like babbis suggested.

I agree although I can’t prove it. We have had guys that went years with no gains and then finally found the exact combo that worked for them.
