I’ve been reading outside of this site before I was fortunate enough to stumble upon it. I’ve been reading lots of different opinions about PE working, or not working (which doesn’t really surprise me, because bodybuilding is the same way, I.e. People know it works, but there are so many opinions about what methods work, and don’t work)

Anyway, I’ve been reading all sorts of things such as penis enlargement, in any way, is not possible. Or that penis exercises are a hoax because the penis is not really a muscle anyway, and will not respond to jelqing the same way a bicep will to weight training for instance, and that the only reason it could get bigger is because of a placebo effect or damage within the penis. Or that it’s manual stretching the works, not jelqing because an analogy would be those giraffe women where they, from very young age, start putting rings around their necks so that it elongates it.

This site however, seems contradictory because, one give-away is that it gives you all the information you need, and it does not ask for money. But, I really wanted to know, since I’m just starting PE if anyone can testify against the previous paragraph.

#1) Does PE really work? Can somebody with results testify to this? Is the penis really a muscle, because I’ve been reading lots saying that it’s not really a muscle and cannot respond the same way as, for example, a bicep when you lift weights?
#2) Does jelqing really work, at all or for long term results? Or is manual stretching better? Or is this just one of those opinions about what works for one person and what works for another, just like bodybuilding?

If anybody can give me, a newbie, some straight answers, I’d really appreciate it =).

#1) Does PE work?

I am a very slow gainer. It’s been tough going for me. Still, I’ve managed to put on 0.6-0.7” in length and about the same in girth. Most of my growth occurred during the first 3 months. I know these don’t sound like big numbers, but, believe me, it really makes a difference when I look in the mirror. My dick just looks more substantial, and I no longer have this sinking feeling when undressing in front of others. Flaccid hang has particularly improved, both in terms of length and girth. For many guys, PE has been like a miracle. For me, it’s made a small but very noticeable and appreciated difference. I hope to add to it (soon).

2) Does jelqing work?

Jelqing is a great all-round exercise. Try it with a weaker erection to work length, and with a stronger erection to work girth. I don’t think a newbie routine would be complete without some jelqing. If you already have a lot of girth, you may want to do less jelqing and more stretching. But both are important for newbies, IMO.

An important reason for jelqing and stretching is to condition your penis for more “advanced” exercises, which will put more stress on your penile tissues. You must work up to these gradually, only once your tissues have adapted to the stress.

You are correct that the penis is not a muscle. But that doesn’t mean it won’t grow. Nearly all tissues can be induced to grow under the right conditions. Growing a penis is actually easier than growing a lot of other body parts.

At first your question sounds quite out of place in a forum where we go through so much to enlarge our dicks. I think it is important to remember that mainstream had just about brainwashed us it can’t be done, before we discovered hope and decided go against the grain and give PE a try. So in after thought your question is not hard to understand. Read thoroughly before you begin, and always be careful. Good luck on your goals.

This is true. The penis is not a muscle and it will not get bigger if you lift weights.

PE on the other hand will give you a bigger penis, jelq and you will get nifty He-man fore-arms to boot!

Yes, it works. I have gained a little over one inch in length with manual stretches and 1/8 inch in girth with a minimal amount of jelqing and clamping.

I’ve only been doing PE for a couple of weeks, but I can say my erections and orgasms for the past week have been amazing. That alone is worth it and hopefully I’ll be making some size gains soon. So give it a try and find out for yourself.

That is the single stupidest question I have ever heard in fact it the same first question I asked when finding out about PE.

The answer yes it works and no you can’t gain three inches in 1 month in 10 minutes a day and no you can’t take a pill, but if you put the effort in and I do mean huge effort and you stick it out it does work. It works for some better than others. It works at different speeds for people most older people 30 and up will get a quick gain of reclaimed size. I have gained 2.25x1 from 6.25x5.5 to 8.5x6.5 but it has taken me 4 years and a huge amount of work and sacrifice. So what you get out of it is mostly up to you but their is also the chance that you will have trouble gaining no matter what you do but you have to find out for your self. But let me tell you this their is no better feeling than having sex with your girlfriend and hearing her pant that your so big:)
