I only have 20-25 minutes per day to PE anymore with my schedule.

And that includes everything, hot wrap, etc. I’ve been masturbating to the point of ejaculation and then doing 10-15 minutes of dry jelqing @ 50-60%. So far the results are okay. Then a hot wrap afterwards.

I’m trying to change things up maybe incorporate a litlte pumping. What do you guys think?

10 minutes of pumping @ 3-4 HG and then ejaculating and then 5 minutes of jelqing?

Just trying to make the absolute most of my time. :)

Focus on one thing length or girth.

Why the ejaculation thing? Have you problems maintaining the correct erection level?

1) If you want to reduce your PE time, stop the masturbating I would say.

2) Furthermore, you can combine things. In the time you reply some emails or read the newspaper, you can warm your dick with a IR lamp. That saves 5 to 10 minutes before and 5 to 10 minutes after the PE session.

Wow, I was going to make a post in the newbie thread about my time problems as well. Might as well put it in here.

I think I might have the same time constraints as well, since I’m constantly interrupted. I don’t like the idea of cutting portions of my routine for time limitation, but it looks like I might be in that kind of situation soon.

My current routine is (6th week PEing):
5-10 min warm wrap
12 minutes stretching (6 minutes in upper angles, 6 minutes in lower angles)
300 jelq strokes
5-10 min warm wrap
2 days ON / 1 day OFF
1 hour fowfer and 50 kegels daily

The jelqing is the hardest portion of PEing for me to follow and it bothers me, because it’s the most beneficial of the exercises I do (I already notice results from jelqing). Fowfering and kegels are more convenient for me to do, so those aren’t a problem (although I am a bit lazy with kegels.I should improve on that) and stretching isn’t too difficult either. With jelqing, however, I need more concentration and I need to be erect, which in some days are really easy or somewhat difficult.

The problem is, 300 jelq strokes often take me over half an hour to finish (I make sure I do them right) and when I keep getting interrupted, it makes it even tougher to jelq.

In case you’re wondering what my goals are, I’m more concerned with length than girth for now, but I’ll happily accept any girth gains. My current stats are 7.5 BPEL and 5.25 girth, and I’d like to reach 9 or 10 BPEL and 6 girth for my final goal.

Any advice for my time constraints? And if anyone could answer, are their alternate methods for warm wrap instead of warm water (preferably something I can do quietly.can’t do that with warm water preparation)

F.cus on one thing at at time, length or girth. Combine things like watching a movie or surfing the net and keep good nutrition. What also helps is amazing isometrics to keep your gains which I describe here: Newbie PE

That’s exactly the same problem that I had for years. I’d written a thread about it:
masturbation, jelqing and premature ejaculation

But, I overcame it in just 2 days practice. In the thread I explain what trick had helped me. Now I know that manual clamps in the jelq session also works very effectively.

20 minutes? Depends on what you want, length or girth. Shower after you’re done so you include a warm down. And take a hot shower letting the water blast your cock for several minutes if possible as you wash up.

Girth: until you get the ejaculation stuff out of the way go with horse 440’s mixed in with some Ulis (your hands are gonna hurt)

Length: sit down, put a rolling pin across your thighs, baby powder your cock, pull your cock over the pin and down towards the floor.

Heres a tip…to add some extra pe, after you get done your shower…stand with the water still running an jelp for 2-5 minutes…then when you dry yourself off do some jai stretches for 3 minutes. Every little bit helps.

Bird2, regarding the isometrics exercise, do you mean not to push your penis further than perpendicular to the floor or parallel? I ask this question because when I stand up and achieve a full erection my penis is already parallel to the floor. In that case, what should I do?

That’s a good one. Do you have the same when you are sitting? If not do the excercise while you sit. If you do get an erection and put it down until you feel resistance. That’s what I experience.

I just wet jelq for the time I’ve got. Works excellent! 20 minutes and the fatty is on for the day.

Bird2, yeah man even when I sit down and get an erection my penis is parallel to the floor. My penis when it is hard is always straight out. So, can I get hard and push my penis down towards the floor (then it will be at a 90o angle/perpendicular) and successfully/safely perform the exercise?
