No girth in 8 months
Over the past 8 months or so of working out my dick, I’ve managed to gain about a quarter of an inch and zero girth. Only one particular thing really made me jump even that quarter inch… it all kind of happened at once when I was doing a variation of mem’s routine. I’ve increasingly replaced length exercises with girth so my current routine is exclusively for girth because I am about 7x4.5 BP right now. I haven’t seen shit for gains.
Can anyone have a look at this and give me some feedback?
Routine (2 on 1 off):
warm up 5-10 min
120 wet jelqs
3x 30 second O-bends (base/lower shaft/upper shaft, bend up and bend down = 18 reps total)
warm down 5/10 min
The horses I’ve only added in the past few weeks but they are the first exercise I can really feel the pressure (I also see signs of possible discoloration as well though). I also eased off and went for a lighter routine after I felt what was possibly nerve damage a few months ago… a tingling sensation but nothing more. In an unrelated move, I took last week off as a minor reset button/decon but my gains have slightly dwindled. I am going for a 7.5x5.5 so please help!
