I AM SOO CONFUSED !! I’ve been at it for a while now ({ I knew about jelqing before I got here, but not as specific as you guys put it [ thanks ] }) but I have still 5in in girth.. What can I do while still jelqing in the newbie routine to help me out? I’m almost at my mid-months goal for erect length.. But girth is NO-WHERE to be found.. Do you guys think it is time for me to go towards the next level of the jelq or not? Help a negro out please.. Thanks.

Sounds like you are ready to graduate from the Newbie program to me.

One of the most intense girth exercises I know, I call girth blasters. Take it easy starting out with this jelq technique and slowly build your intensity levels. This thread describes the technique:

StiffBatter, sounds like me, except my length gains were somewhat slower. My girth is horribly slow. You can check out my progress thread (see my signature) for things I tried and problems along the way. Right now I’m using an IR lamp, but it’s too early to say if it helps.

I looked throught the PE database and extracted info for some 30 people who eventually gained 0.4” in girth or more. I listed how many months it took them to get to 0.4”. As you can see below (first column) the median for people who actually do get there without giving up is 4-5 months. This is of course skewed, and should really be higher, since it excludes people who gave up or never made it. But notice that some people, including veteran avocet8, took a lot longer to get there! I must also say that I’m a bit suspicious of people who make it there in one or two months — not that I think they are frauds, but did the measure correctly when first starting out? 0.4” means adding some 20% in volume… in a month or two?

The newbie routine won’t cut it for really good girth gains if you haven’t got any yet. It sounds like you’re a girth hard gainer which is pretty common. Some guys gain quite a bit of girth from the newbie routine so they don’t have to go to more advanced techniques.

No one here knows YOUR penis better than you do. If you feel like you’re ready to continue on to some extreme exercises, then do so, but use caution and don’t jump into them. You need to work your way up to them. Maybe add one extra exercise with lower intensity, then increase the intensity after a week or two. Eventually, you’ll be able to do 2-4 different exercises for girth which will hopefully yield you some gains in that department.


Wow. 1.5” length gain in two months is exceptional newbie gains. Sounds like you are a really fast gainer in length. My advise to you is just Forget about girth for now. Girth is easy. You can always start working that later after you have gained every bit of length you can. Working extreme girth routines right now will most likely cement your length where it is. Once you see all length gains stall out and you are satisfied with your length as permanent, come see me and I’ll show you how to fatten up that new loooog dick

It’s true about girtha in that he clpams. I clamp and get good results. Try it.

I can’t compete with that growth velocity, but over a six month period I have managed 1.70 inches, from 5.2 to 6.9” BPEL. Girth increments were unimpressive until recently when I added slinki bends to my routine. That seems to be making an impression which my wife is now noticing; current girth 5.3”.

Lucky you. My BPEL has stayed in 16.3cm for the last 3-4 months… I´ve tried many different streching styles, but nothing helps… I received cable clamps today, so I´m beginning with clamping today. I´ll hope it gives me more girth. I´ll do my streching anyway

Everyone gains different, copying their routine probably wont work.

Trial and errot to find what works for YOU.

For example, I jelq about once every 3 days, stretch every other day, i’m gaining!
