1. Probably behind the pot or over the pot to each side of your dick.
2. Hold your hand straight out in front of you with a straight arm, fist. Turn your fist so that the thumb side is directly down toward the floor, lower the straight arm to your crotch. The gives you the kind of position I think. This stretch is all about using the power of the body for the stretch, especially the shoulder, the abs. Your trunk will be twisted, in all likelihood. You can lean backwards and forwards and twist the shoulder and move it down to alter the stretch. Try doing a crunch on one side to see the movement you might get.
In the end I guess it’s a matter of experimentation. It should be a fairly comfortable to hold thing because the muscles used are so powerful. If you have/can find a better way of stretching, do that. At best this thing should be a template you modify to your needs.
Have you tried adding a stretching session after the girth routine? I don’t mean a few JAIs and forget about it but nor do I mean a full 20 minute session.
