Thanks for this thread and it has certainly stood the test of time.

I was helped a lot from your description of using Horse 440’s within your routine and the modified Sadsak Head exercise at the end. I have incorporated this as part of my routine now, I’ll see how it goes. I’ve looked at a few threads on Horse 440 but the actual use of it was a bit vague, well at least I felt so.

So after doing a few more jelq sessions, it seems like I can do the Horse squeezes only near the beginning of my session. Towards the end my penis becomes softer and more loose from the jelqing, which is why I guess it doesn’t stay as hard. Anything I can do about that?

Also, for the stretch, I use a bottle that puts my stretching at about a 75-80 degree angle from parallel to the ground. Should I use something smaller so I can apply the stretch straight down at 90 degrees?

Are you getting a good stretch? In the end that’s the question you have to ask. Normally it’s easier to push in a downward direction using the shoulder. It’s about putting the penis in the right position to make the most of the stretch, I guess.

You can reverse this routine if that works. Consider the routine as a template. Use it as is, shape it to your needs, or whatever. The point of having two routines is that you can often feel the results of the last routine before you embark on the next and that’s a good thing. It’s all about keeping your dick in a state where it can’t recover completely from the last assault.

Use a vacuum cleaner if it works for you. I don’t know this device. The point of stretching as opposed to hanging is that stretching is more dynamic. Even when holding for 3 minutes you are always moving and changing stresses. The closest thing to that with hanging is to swing the weight. I personally think that something that is dynamic rather than a dead weight is likely to make a bigger difference and be harder for the penis to acclimatise to.

Interesting ADS. I don’t believe ADS devices do much more than strengthen the penis. Others believe differently though, so I guess you can choose what you want to believe.

Not really dynamic stretching though is it.

I’m on a bit of an ADS craze right now. I think it is dynamic if you strap an ADS to your lower leg. Angles and forces change all day. Walking with and elastic set up is a trip. Granted I hang, manual stretch, jelq and ADS to get a good variety of forces.

Granted, if you walk around with an ADS there will be dynamic content. How many people do? I don’t know, maybe we need a poll. Something like “Did you go out to the woods today wearing your ADS?”.

I’ve done fuck all, this is all built on what I learnt here. When I got here I read Main Members and (I think) Newbies from start to finish and most of the Hangers forum. Nothing in this routine is new.

I usually wear one daily for at least 7 hours. I try to switch legs daily, but I don’t go into the woods.


Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

I hit a bucket of golf balls this weekend wearing my ADS. When I wear one for 8 hours a day ( not sleeping) it is hard not to walk around. A poll is a good idea. Maybe another thread.
