Thanks for this thread and it has certainly stood the test of time.
I was helped a lot from your description of using Horse 440’s within your routine and the modified Sadsak Head exercise at the end. I have incorporated this as part of my routine now, I’ll see how it goes. I’ve looked at a few threads on Horse 440 but the actual use of it was a bit vague, well at least I felt so.
