Half way between Figure 1 and Figure 3 with a touch of figure 4 looks good to me but you’ve got to go with what you can get working for you. I like the idea of flattening as much of the shaft against the can/jar or whatever as possible. I’ve just measured two of the containers I used and they have a circumference of 8 1/4” (21 cm) and 9 1/8” (23.1 cm) respectively. You need to leave a little excess to allow for grip without moving away from the container too much, I guess.

Antistar has it. This is how I did it, but you should find something that works for you.

1. Wrap some t-shirt offcut over, around and behind glans to prevent over expansion from grip.
2. Create an overhand OK grip just behind the glans. With the wrist, arm and hand almost vertically in line.
3. Holding the arm and wrist straight, elbow facing outward, and twisting the body forward on the same side as the grip arm; lean forward, easing into the stretch, using the shoulder muscles as the main force delivery mechanism, and the abdominal muscles to twist the body to provide the force straight down.

Your pics show the wrist almost horizontal, try vertical to see how that encourages a change in body positioning.

Hello all, I committed to the routine on August 20th and recently measured on September 30th. I went from 7.0 BPEL to 7.5 BPEL and 6 NBP to 6.5 NBP!! I gained half an inch. I did measure after a stretching session so I waited again to measure after a two day break and guess what from 7 BPEL to 7.5 BPEL and again I measured 6.5 NBPEL!! So thanks Memento!!

I’m not sure if this would be considered newbie gains. I have been lurking around these forums and PEing for a while now. I already received my newbie gain of 1/2 to 3/4 a long long time ago then nothing for several years of on off PEing. I would PE for about 4 to 5 months then get discouraged then forget about PE for about a year or two then come back to the forums and give it a go again. I first got my newbie gains back in 2000-2001. I was also hanging and using an ADS last year with no luck.

To think that I was going to give up on PE this year! I decided to give it one last shot. I was so afraid of not realizing any gains I refused to measure until a month had past so I would not discourage myself. Towards the third week I could see a difference in length as I stretched (sitting in chair) but as soon as I stood up it looked as if it was it’s old length again so I didn’t think that I was making any progress but I kept with it. When it came time to measure on Sept 20th I refused since I had to take a couple of days off. Plus I was afraid of not gaining anything so I continued until the 30th and while I was stretching it looked longer than usual but as soon as I stood up it look like it was at it’s original length. Man, as I placed the ruler I was thinking to myself “I hope I gained at least 1/8th of an inch, I can deal with 1/8th of an inch in one month, that would work”. As soon as the ruler touched I could tell in was longer! I promise you guys I was so shocked I measured a good 10 to 15 times to make sure.

If you’d had a break prior to starting with this routine, it could well be that a portion of your gains are related to improved erections or the newbie gains all over again thing (recovering length). See what you’ve gained in another month.

My erections were already good and I also measured while flaccid and there was an 1/2” gain. I have to take a week off due to a trip so I don’t plan on measuring again until the second week of November. I really hope I can continue to achieve gains using this method. I don’t expect to see such large gains in the future but I am still hoping for “continued progress” month after month. If not I will have to mix it up a little with some other techniques.

By the way I was following your advice exactly except for the 440’s. I did not incorporate those or any jelqs into my routine. I replaced those with several sets of directional stretches. Also after the forth week I had to move up from a 2” bottle to a 4”. I just wasn’t feeling the same intensity with the 2” anymore. Since using the larger bottle I am able to flatten my penis more while I stretch. When performing my V-stretch I lean forward with my penis still in the exact same position on the bottle and shift my hips back and I can really feel the base being stretched along with the tunica.

I have not incorporated any type of girth exercises into my routine but I have noticed an increase in thickness while flaccid and erect. I wonder if it is due to the larger bottle and my ability to flatten my penis out more. It reminds me of that technique mentioned by a guy here that was able to gain girth really fast by folding his flaccid penis back onto itself while varying the position of the bend each time. Don’t know, just a hunch. I will see what happens in a month.

That makes a lot of sense. I think one reason the stretches work is because of the flattening and the fact that the penis won’t flatten exactly the same way each time.

It surprises me that you’ve gained without jelqing and girth work. I think that length and girth work go hand in hand. So if you continue to gain at any rate without incorporating jelqing and squeezes eventually I’ll be really surpised.

Suggestive Device PVC Pipe Couplers

Hi guys, I have read most of this thread, and I think I found a cheap alternative to the pots and sprite bottles for those of us that don’t have pots of e45 laying around.. At Home Depot ( the ultimate source for most PE equipment these days :) they sell PVC Pipe, they also sell PVC Pipe Couplers, they have a 2” and a 3” couplers. They are not rough plastic, but a almost polished plastic. So the comfort level should be good. Here are the dimensions on each

The 3” PVC Pipe Coupler
3.25” Length
4” Diameter
12.5” Circum.

The 2” PVC Pipe Coupler
2.75 Length
2.5 Diameter
8.5 Circum.

I saw in some Pictures of users that have the object of choice across the legs, which this would give a more upward apex before the downward motion of the penis. But I assume based off the original post from memento that the pot would be up against the body and the penis would more have an apex on the object more slightly out straight from the base of the penis, instead of an upward apex then back down. Does anything I’m saying make sense and is there any data(opinions) to support one way is the right way or more productive way?
The reason I ask Is, if the upward apex is more beneficial, then the PVC Pipe couplers would not be as useful but you could get PVC pipe that you could stretch across your legs etc.kind of big though.

Hmm, isn’t an empty pot you have lying around cheaper at $free than a pipe coupler (unless you happen to have one lying around)? Seems like good dimensions though, tough enough for the job at hand, and offers an upgrade route. Nice find.

Over the years many guys have used things across the legs, from baseball bats to drumsticks. A pot between the legs should make it easier to do a straight arm stretch leaning forward using the power of the shoulder. You’d have to have a really long dick or very short arms to make it work with something over the legs, whilst sitting.

The cost for the couplers, was like $2.00, not a huge investment. I’m going to give this routine a go for the next 6 months and see what happens. I’ve been in an our of this for too long, maybe ill be able to stay committed this time!

Great thread!
I’m starting to move closer and closer to your routine. I think my ligs have given up most of their newbie gains so I’m focusing on deeper tunica work now. I think this will get me over the 8” BPEL hump.

How often do you do two of the morning sessions 4 hours apart? I ask because It’s hard for me to get a full 20 minutes in every morning so I am thinking of doing two 10-15 minute sessions a day instead. One at 7AM, the next at 1PM then jelq at night around 10PM.
Have you tried this variation?

I used to do 2 when I had the time and when I wasn’t feeling the force from the first session, which varied. I don’t see a problem with your idea of two 10 minute sessions (or even 4 ten minute sessions). Though I tended to leave long periods between repeat sessions, I’m not sure that’s necessarily good practise. I guess you have to suck it and see.

Are you guys perform the inverted v-stretch with a cilinder-object between your legs or put a cilinder-object on your legs and stretch the penis over it. This variation gives me a better stretch I think. This is because the penis makes an upward angle first at the base and then stretch downwards. With a can between my legs the base is stretched forward and then down, this gives me less tension…More guys experienced this?

I like the fulcrum to be lower so I get a pull straight out then down around the object. This gives me a great tug deep inside near the pubic bone as well as along the length of my septum. I don’t start feeling this deep pull until I have stretched for at least 5 minutes. After 15 or 20 it’s very strong. I still do other variations of A and V stretches as well to try and hit other spots.

If it feels more effective with a higher fulcrum than stick with that. I think there is less stress on the ligaments that way.

Hey mem, I feel like I’m getting a much better stretch on the v stretch while I’m standing up and doing it unaided.Do you think that this is fine, or is there some superior advantage to doing it whilst sitting down?

I was using this routine earlier this year, and I can say it is very quick and effective. I found I made an even growth between girth and length and I got to 7.6 EL.

But alas, I got greedy and tried clamping and it’s been downhill ever since. Clamping helped maintain the girth but didn’t actually improve, and now after a month off of PE altogether, and a few weeks of just jelqs and ADS, I am looking forward to restarting this routine and hope for similar results to when I started.
