I’ve been at it now for a little over two years. I need to gain roughly .75” in non bone pressed length. My plan is to get half of that through PE and the other half through reduction of my fat pad and weight loss. I’m hoping to reach my goal within the next year or so.
I’m already at 5.9” mid shaft girth so length is obviously my priority right now.
If you stay consistent and dedicated there’s no reason you can’t reach your goals.
