I would want 7” NBPEL x 6” girth

All I need is <1” length and <0.5” girth. I don’t ask the fairy for much. The rest of my sexual prowess will come from skill with body motion, tongue, hands, and masculinity.

All I ask for is 8x6 erect and a 5.5x5 flaccid. I’d be more than happy and so would the Mrs.

And when you get there you gonna wish for 10x6,5. We always want more.

If I could do a surgery that gave me 9x6 flaccid and 12x7 hard I definitely would and I would hope I could stop doing manual PE after that surgery. But to be honest I would probably buy a larger tube and keep pumping, see if I could reach a 10 inch flaccid with temporary gains from the pump.
