Ideas about stretching
Everyone’s got different ideas about how using too much weight can have adverse effects on gains, how come no one’s ever pondered about manual stretching and how it could have back-tracking effects on gains? You don’t really know how hard you are pulling, and you’re definetly putting more pressure on the penis than you would be if you were just hanging. In my opinion, hanging is 100% easier than doing manual excercises plus you know exactly how much pulling pressure is on the whole time, without having to guess whether or not you’re going to be backtracking if you do manual excercises. I’m suprised there are people who are still manual stretching at all considering the ease of hanging and the consistent gains, and to all of those considering hanging do it, it won’t hurt your unit if you do it right and you will get consistant quick gains.
