Manual stretching and ED, since manual stretching as become the biggest and latest rave and it’s real hardcore stretching, the ED cases seem to be going up. I know myself if I manual stretch to much I have a trouble getting a hard on for several hours afterwords. My dick gets a kind of a plastic feel to it. It doesn’t feel like plastic if you touch it with your hand, my dick feels like plastic to it self. I don’t feel like the blood is following right if I try to jelq it takes a while to get it flowing again. I never had this problem with the bib hanger I think you can pull to hard with your hand. It seems more and more members are using Viagra, that’s cool if your like me and it’s a twice a month social drug. But if you find you need Viagra since pe, you are doing something very wrong. When I used to jelq and some easy squeezes I was always a walking hard-on, but now as this exercises get more and more intense are we crossing the line of pe danger and asking for serious trouble? So what do you guys think? Do you need viagra since PE? Does it take you longer to get hard? And what do you think about manual stretching and ED?

I agree that some may have trouble after stretches - esp intense ones. I think that it is a good policy to rest several hours after a work out so as not to encounter a weak dick and set the worry/performance anxiety cycle going. It may be that these more intense stretches may require a rest time of 8 hours or so as opposed to the 2-4 hours required by jelqing. Its an individual thing however. I occasionally use viagra too, not that I need it. But I do like the feel of the supercharged viagra erections that seem to come on instantly at the least provocation. Feel like 16 again!

In my routine I make 1 set od DLD-blasters at 06.00 pm, then jelquing 10 min at 10 pm. 2 days on 1 day off. Some light stretches at the toilet, like two minute every time….

I think this is alright for me. My theory is that it might be better haveing jelq and stretch training on seperate times… As it damages the penis in different ways. Maybe it is better to stretch, let it heal more or less, then take the jelq before bed. Sleep and let the cells recover. Repeat the routine the next day. Which forces the dick to expand to its maximum again. Though all damaged cells aren’t repaired fully. It forces to grow. Let everything heal with one day break, 48 hours off. And again and again and again….

Just my theory, can’t really argue more for it at this time… Better get some sleep right now … See ya guys… ZzzzZzz


Restarting everything.

I’ve been doing SERIOUS manual stretching lately. So far, I haven’t noticed any ED problems as a result from that. But, I do worry sometimes about the long term effects of manual stretching. I worry if I will get erection problems 20 or 30 years from now using this constant pulling.

I believe that Dino may be onto something here. I myself am suffering from ED at the moment (there is a thread running) and though I cannot catagorically lay the cause on stretching, the mega hard pulls I was doing are the most likely contender. What do you think is going on in these cases? nerve damage? vascular damage? or other?

I have made my only stretching session now Blasters in the morning and early afternoon. I like to give myself a good 8-10 hors of rest prior to sex. But as Luvdadus said…NOTHING IS LIKE A VIAGRA ERECTION.

So what then is potential dangurous for the erection? Long hard stretches like too much weight on the hanger, or hard short stretches, like “A-stretches” or just everything done unpropable?

In most cases I don’t think sensible stretching, that gives plenty of rest prior to sex, causes any type of ED. I think that psychologically the soreness that happens with a normal stretching session may account for some non-physical dysfunction but I have never heard of anyone becoming impotent because of stretching.

I alway feel better in a little while, it’s weird though not a feeling I like. I have cut back on the amount of pull I’m using. I just think everybody has to take it easy and think long term gains.

I completely agree with you Dino. Stretching should never be painful. To get the optimum stretch does not mean I have to pull it off. Each person needs to do what they feel honestly comfortable with. I have said this before but I really think that gains come most rapidly when exercise is pushed to the particular users max before injury. Finding this level takes alot of time and patients because if someone is too quick to find this zone they may injur themselves. With any exercise I like to start it slow and find my OWN limits and work there.
