Every day stretching?
I was just wondering if I should be stretching everyday. My regualr routine is 5 days on, 2 days off. I am definitely still gonna take days days off from jelqing, but was wondering if I should keep stretching.
My ligs are a tiny bit sore sometimes, but nothing bad at all. It’s the good kind of sore when you know the stretching is working. So, should I be giving my ligs a rest on the weekends, or just keep stretching?
