I think I'm overtraining
There are days when I can do 100 SLOW (3-5 second) jelqs and end up and looking huge afterwards with a wonderful heavy feeling lasting all day long.
The next day there may be a little spotting, but the same workout won’t provide NEARLY the same pump/effect.
Is this a clear indication of overtraining? Would I be better off adopting a 1 on 1 off routine?
