Hi all,

I have a question regarding overtraining:

If shortly after the end of a workout your flaccid dick tends to “shrink” into a fairly tight, compact size and feel is that necessarily a sign of overtraining? Should it always remain expanded or plumped up to a larger than normal size for an hour or more after a proper workout?

Overtraining is not a one time thing. It is overstressing you dick for an extended period of time. Shrinking after a workout is common, so is your dick staying in an extended state.

About 5 minutes after jelqing my dick shrinks

Start: 6/30/2007 - (NBPEL 6.25", BPEL - 7"), (Mid EG 5.25") (Base EG 5 3/4")

11/10/2007 - (NBPEL 6.75", BPEL - 7.5"), (Mid EG 5.5") (Base EG 6")

Goal: 7.5 NBPEL, 6" Midshaft EG
