I think, if anything, we might include both. The whole BP-NBP argument has been done to death here. There are clearly proponents of both views. I think that if you press deeply there really can’t be any “rigging,” so to speak. Often, the NBP measurement has as much to do with your overall physical shape as it does with your dick size proper. Obviously, a weight loss or even fluctuating levels of body fluid can influence NBP measurements - but those factors have no effect on BP.
Some people think that NBP is the “true” size as its what’s seen by anyone looking at your erection. However, NBP isn’t really even an indicator of “functional size,” because I know that when I grind deeply (into a vagina), I’m certainly countersinking into my fat pad, getting extra length below the fat.
The consensus here is that BP is probably the most consistent measurement - as long as you press deeply, getting the absolute maximum measurement you can….then, anything above that would clearly be a gain, and not just a fluctuation of water weight or body fat.
