Just wanted to share a new routine I’m incorporating to stretching.
1. Sit upright with feet touching near your groin.
2. Put the head of your penis between your heels (at the base of your heels) ensuring as little skin as possible is in there (basically just the head)
3. Press your heels together, and slowly push your feet away from your body (applying tension) and hold for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Release and massage your penis, let it rest and for blood flow to restore before repeating.
It is important to check every 10 to 15 minutes. As there is a lot less effort required using your lower limbs than your hands to apply a pulling force it is easy to forget the manual stretch that is being applied.
If anyone tries this I would like some feedback on your experience with this technique.
