I’m not sure if this should go into ‘The Experiment’ section. Hopefully a moderator would move this to the appropriate place.

Just wanted to share a new routine I’m incorporating to stretching.

1. Sit upright with feet touching near your groin.
2. Put the head of your penis between your heels (at the base of your heels) ensuring as little skin as possible is in there (basically just the head)
3. Press your heels together, and slowly push your feet away from your body (applying tension) and hold for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Release and massage your penis, let it rest and for blood flow to restore before repeating.

It is important to check every 10 to 15 minutes. As there is a lot less effort required using your lower limbs than your hands to apply a pulling force it is easy to forget the manual stretch that is being applied.

If anyone tries this I would like some feedback on your experience with this technique.

Sounds interesting, but I’ve not exactly understood how to do that. Could you make a draw?

I thought you wernt ment to hold the head while stretching as it may cause loss of sensitivity?

Does this mean i can manual stretch holding the head?

There are a few contraptions out there that seem to apply the grip at the base of the head. So I guess either apply the grip pressure there or actually at the head. I’ve not had any problems with the latter. In fact I have found more risk at losing sensitivity when using contraptions whereas if using hands to grip allows me to continually vary the pressure as required to avoid pain or total loss of blood flow. The bio feedback mechanism is the same using feet, the advantage being not tiring as easily as using your hands.

I’m terrible at drawing, but just imagine your self sitting on the floor, instead of crossing your legs as in a Yoga pose you put your feet together and bring it in toward your groin, and slot your member in between your heels. Some degree of flexibility is required to achieve this. I’ve used this stretch method several times now. If you are able to get some privacy you could potentially do this on the couch whilst watching TV. I know.. It’s going to look really weird and you don’t want anyone to walk in on you whilst doing this.

Just as a word of warning. There was a Guy here couple of uyears ago. Who was Something like 8 7/8 or so and desperately wanted to make 9” He said he was going to use the force of his feet to get the length.

We haven’t heard from him since!

It’s nice to see new ideas but I just can’t see how using your feet can give you as good control or grip as your hands do. The only advantage for this is being able to hold it for 10-15 mins assuming you can get a good grip. Maybe it could be something to try if all else has failed but it sounds a bit extreme.

I made that post as a warning to members who want to use the power of thir legs to stretch their penis.

Quite simply there is enough power to lift a bdy weight of 150 -200+ lbs. and that applied to your penis could easily rupture the ligaments. As probably happened to the subject of my post.

The message is Don't use the power of your legs to stretch your penis.

Nah man, I’m good.. Haven’t had any complaints about my heel size yet

I can’t imagine how to get a firm grip on your dick with your feet. I just tried it and it didn’t work. On the other hand, I do have hobbit feet, which makes it extremely uncomfortable with the toughness of my heels.
