Hey guys,

I’ve been PE’ing for awhile, doing variations to fit me personally. And a couple days ago, I think I may have invented a new stretch. I searched all over and found no mention of one like it. The way I came across it was, I usually do manual stretches just sitting down and I’ll get up to stretch between my legs. Anyways I wanted to build up some tension and make a bigger stretch, so I got to thinking of ways to do it. After a while (to make a long story short) I propped my leg up on my sink, about 2.5-3 feet high. So while the one leg is up, I grabbed my ol’ wienie and pulled it along beside the leg that was still on the ground.. WHOA, INTENSE STRETCH.. NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART (or newbies that have no stretching experience). And then of course, I switched which leg was up and did the same thing on the other leg. It’s intense and I felt a little sore around my base and in my ligs afterwards. There was also a lig pop or two while I stretched. Use this stretch with EXTREME caution!!

So, some of the vets out there that have been doing PE and a lot of stretches.. Maybe you could try this out and see what I’m talking about and post how you felt about it?

It sounds like you would get a good stretch and I don’t think anyone has named that pull yet. Try when your leg is up on the sink reach under the raised one and pull your dick that way.

I’ve been jelqing simular to this for awhile. Except that I don’t lift my leg as high as the counter top. May have to try that one. Sometimes while standing I’ll rest one leg/foot up on the closed toilet seat or the edge of the tub. It just seems a little more comfortable than regular standing. You don’t seem to be all haunched over like you would be if you were just normal standing upright. You’re right in that things feel a little sore around the ligs and in the area where the base joins the body. Also does feel like one heck of a pull / jelq.

It feels like the pull is coming from around the BC muscle, a really tight stretch where it really doesn’t get stretched at all from the other ways.. More like it’s pulling your penis “Out” lol, so to say.. .Anyways, try it and see what I mean.

Yes, I have been doing them a while without giving a shit what they were called or researching them. A lot of guys like to name things, LDP stretch sounds excellent.

Honestly, great use of imagination, just because there is not a post or video of something does not mean it is not productive.

I hate to break your heart Luka but that stretch has been around quite a while. I remember reading about someone doing such a stretch a couple of years ago. In fact I was so impressed by it I added it to my stretching routine. best of luck with the gains though regardless of whose stretch it is

I’ve been doing the leg up on the sink stretch for several months now. I kind of thought I have heard guys talk about it before, but I am not in the mood to look for it. I reach in from behind and do it as a raised leg BTC stretch. So when my right leg is up, I reach in from behind with my left hand, and vice versa. Actually, I grab my cock first and then put my leg up. I agree, it is very effective.

Dang.. And here I thought I was on to something. Oh well, Just glad other people have found it effective. I honestly researched before I posted to see if it was in here but I couldn’t find it. Sorry if I named something that already was named, but still at least since I posted it some other members we’re able to start using a new, member tested, stretch in their routine.
