I think I just invented a new, extreme stretch. I call it the LDP Stretch
I’ve been PE’ing for awhile, doing variations to fit me personally. And a couple days ago, I think I may have invented a new stretch. I searched all over and found no mention of one like it. The way I came across it was, I usually do manual stretches just sitting down and I’ll get up to stretch between my legs. Anyways I wanted to build up some tension and make a bigger stretch, so I got to thinking of ways to do it. After a while (to make a long story short) I propped my leg up on my sink, about 2.5-3 feet high. So while the one leg is up, I grabbed my ol’ wienie and pulled it along beside the leg that was still on the ground.. WHOA, INTENSE STRETCH.. NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART (or newbies that have no stretching experience). And then of course, I switched which leg was up and did the same thing on the other leg. It’s intense and I felt a little sore around my base and in my ligs afterwards. There was also a lig pop or two while I stretched. Use this stretch with EXTREME caution!!
So, some of the vets out there that have been doing PE and a lot of stretches.. Maybe you could try this out and see what I’m talking about and post how you felt about it?
