The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

This is somewhat like what I’ve been doing on and off for a year or so, but I noticed the midgirth and base girth were getting to thick, and making magnums and vivid larges roll up too high, so now I start from the mid shaft up, doing these nearly erect jelqs, and I have already started to see the girth of my glans and the girth of my shaft just under the glans grow more.

But occasionally I go back to this method when not erect, as an erection producer. Usually the “bone-pressed” pressure at the base really wakes him up, just because it feels so good.


Current size: BPEL: 7.9" EG: 6.75"

Realistic goal: BPEL: 9.25" EG: 7.5"

Unrealistic surgical goal: 12" x 8.5" :)

I’d like more information on how evenly this exercise distributes girth. 8 x 8, with a similar exercise, made girth gains similar to what one might gain from hanging; that is, thicker at the base.

I’d also like more information on how this compares with obends.

Starting - 8.25 BPEL, 6.25 NPEL, 6.25 EG

I’ve been doing the same and I went from msel 5 1/8 to 5.5 in two weeks! I was totally excited.. But it’s been 1 1/2 months and I’ve gained nothing else. Why is this? Also I I read in a thread that once you work on girth it’s harder to gain length. Is this true? I made length gains from BPEL 61/4 to 71/8 and that has been the same for 4 months. I do plenty of stretches and use an x4 extender a few times a week for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours each time. Any help would be great. Thanks guys!

Hello, newbie here. So I’ve been using this technique for two or so weeks now, and sometimes I get small red spots on my shaft which usually disappears after a day or two. I’m assuming it’s because I tug too hard, but the question is does this more harm than good? I’ve been in the mindset of “if it doesn’t hurt I can handle to tug a bit harder”, but these spots tell me I might be wrong.

I obviously stop before it start to hurt, I just try to have a very firm grasp.

So, I saw this pop up and saw that folks use it from mid shaft upwards. if they don’t want to tamper with base girth. This is highly intriguing. Sounds genuis, gprent.

Too bad I’m just starting my experiment. This sounds intense enough to replace my pump when I need to decondition from it. Sounds like the ULI #3 but more versatile and not requiring a bone hard erecting.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm 7 years in and counting. Put the work in then the gains will come. All you have to do is keep the faith.
