I gave this method a shot tonight.. it went ok.. not great. I assume when you say “palms down” you mean palms would be touching your body when you’re starting each stroke. (or another way to look at it, with your left hand, your fingers are on the left side of your penis when you grip.)
My hands got really tired, really fast when I tried this. I figured they’d be fairly strong from all the PE work they get already, but this was something else. I also had trouble getting the free hand in behind the other hand clamping at the base. Hopefully practice makes perfect… but if anyone has any suggestions, I’m open to them.
First lets clear up palms down. I mean palms facing away from you or facing toward the ground. So when you grip with you left hand, your fingers are on the right side of your penis.
This should solve your problem getting your free hand in behind the other and clamping at the base. The lube gets all over my hands when I do this.
As far as your hands getting tired goes, like I said, take a break every 5 minutes for 20-30 seconds to shake out your fingers and hands and if using KY, to dip into your water. This should make a big difference in recovery for your hands.
Once you change to “palms down” you will notice things go better I think.
