I would give it a shot. Because the hand at the base is gripping so deep, like I said, try for bone pressed grip, you definitely get the sensation you are jelqing your cock at maximum length possible. This alone makes it easy to visualize your cock is growing.

I think the essential question here is how much force to apply when doing this excercise. I think lots of guys apply too much force and thereby exhaust their dicks, which results in no gains. I’ve been doing that, and the results are weak erections, red dots, numbness, little gains.
Maybe newbies or intermediates read this and think; “30 minutes of this and 1” of girth gains? Let’s hit it!” And they blast away, getting sore forearms but no girth- gains.

So my question for you is, how much force do you apply, of course it’s not easy to describe, but please try.
How does your dick feel after and during the session, pumped, numb, any discomfort? How about your erection level? How does it feel the next day, do you feel ready for a workout? Any soreness?
IMO this is what it’s about. People will interpret what they read in a thousand different ways.
When i saw the jelqing videos(By Gandolf) I thought; “Wow, is that it? It looks much too light, why doesn’t he apply more force??”

This is my primary exercise and I do it quite aggressively, however, I have become conditioned to do it with a lot of force. What you think is right. If you use too much force, you will do damage, not good, and you will not gain. You cannot gain while injured. You are in control of the pressure, so you must not exercise beyond the capabilities of your cocks condition. The better and healthier your cock is, the more force you can use. So exercise for gain, not for pain.

Yes, I perform this exercise for 30 minutes, but every 5 minutes I go hands off for 20-30 seconds to give my cock a break and to shake out my hands and fingers and dip into my water to keep the KY jelly slick.

The point of this exercise is max girth and it is performed at near erect levels, so at all times I like to get the feeling I am jelqing the fattest cock possible. What maintains this is the hand at the base which holds the pressure and when you squeeze it, it pumps your cock to the max, while the other hand is jelqing and squeezing towards the head. Remember to do that, jelq and pump squeeze down the shaft at the same time. Every 5 minutes when I take my mini break, my cock is totally pumped and huge. I don’t go for pain, I go for a max internal pump effect and there is more pleasure I would say then discomfort, but pressure levels are high.

At the end of my 30 minutes, I am very pumped up, so I massage to the hardest erection possible for 5 minutes or so. Sometimes I cum, sometimes not, but I stay very pumped up for the rest of the day. I am not sore at all, quite the opposite, I am energized and my cock looks very healthy and pumped and long.

When I start this routine, the first 5 minutes are spent at more moderate levels, with the jelqing just getting the blood flowing and really filling the shaft to max girth size. Thanks for a very good explanation of the excercise, and most important how it FEELS.

The most important thing I read out of it is how it should feel. I could do the excercise with the excact same force as you do, and it would feel totally different, because we are different. So I’ll go for the feel, you say “more pleasure than discomfort”. That is SO describing. You also say “No numbness, soreness or discomfort whatsoever”.
There is much information in that.

It just confirms what some of the vets like Avocet8 and Peforeal and yourself say, less is sometimes more, and that you should feel envigorated after a session, not like your dick was run over by a bus.

Wow!!!

I tried this exercise tonight and it was amazing! I actually got up to 6 1/8” girth. My normal girth is 5 3/4”. I have never in one year gotten above 6”, and most of the time not even very much above my regular girth.

I did nice slow firm jelqs, and like gprent suggested, I took a little break every 5 minutes. I actually only did 15 minutes total because I did not want to over do it. 15 minutes seems to have been enough though!

I was including this execise with pumping last week and didn’t get results THIS good, don’t ask me why.

This being my first night I obviously can’t say whether I will get any permanent gains from this, but I hope so.

how are you doing it?
Do you allow the foreskin to slip over the glans or have you found some way to hold it back all the time (can’t imagine how right now)?

I just allow the foreskin to slip over. By the time my hands reach my glands, I got SO much pressure developed that I just can’t keep going too tightly anyway. It is like the glands will explode!

Damn good way of doing it grpent. I’ve been starting my next stroke as the last one is ending, but this is really taking it to the next level. I’m going to try this method soon, and possibly encorporate it into my routine right now, and worst case I will put it in in 3-4 months when I make a new routine. Btw does anyone have a name for this, so we can remember.. I’m thinking like 2 handed jelq? Or jelqing 2.0 hehe.

I gave this method a shot tonight.. it went ok.. not great. I assume when you say “palms down” you mean palms would be touching your body when you’re starting each stroke. (or another way to look at it, with your left hand, your fingers are on the left side of your penis when you grip.)

My hands got really tired, really fast when I tried this. I figured they’d be fairly strong from all the PE work they get already, but this was something else. I also had trouble getting the free hand in behind the other hand clamping at the base. Hopefully practice makes perfect… but if anyone has any suggestions, I’m open to them.
