This is the safest way to do these bends. In the video Gandolf made he is at about 80% hard.

RB, I start my Bends at 100% erect at about 10 seconds into the bend I am clser to 90%. I find 90% to be the perfect density to get a good rolling motion.

I know I can get a bend at 100% erect but I do not think it is as productive as 90%. The slight flexibility creates a much better compression area. I just finished training. I kept very close care to remember exactly what I do. I start at 110% hard, I kegel as much blood as possible into my penis, clamp it off at the base. By the time I am ready to do my 30 second bend I am very close to 90% towards the end of the 30 second bend I am close to 80%. I hope that helps.

Hello,

I don’t know guys, I put about a month into these and got no results what so ever. I didn’t even get much post workout tunica swelling (not fluid build up) that one gets with Ulis. I have very little permanent gains period, but there are exercises that give me temporary gains and those exercises tend to be the same exercises that give others great permanent gains.

I understand the concept, but find that if I bend to the right, instead of the left side stretching much, the right side compresses. For me, this compression results in more of a wrinkling effect than an expansion. I did these at about 80% erect about 20 min/day, five days/week for about a month.

I like DLD a lot and kind of didn’t want to write this post because of that but I have a hard time imagining a lot of guys getting great results from this (maybe DLD is different in some way, or his gain resulted from something else he was doing). I do also see the high potential for injury when considering the physics of the exercise.

Who has gotten results with this exercise and who has not?

Yeah Penismith, I did Horse squeezes at every workout for two months and haven’t gained an iota of girth.

Penismith the beauty of PE is everyone is unique and different to their own personal response to different stimuli. I make posts based on my own personal gains and experience. You state the you have a hard time imagining a lot of guys getting results from these when people like growingup, ledzep, goingdeeper, regularwhiteguy and others including myself have made incredible gains using these methods. Yes these exercises are controversial and may not work for everyone but to not report gains based on a program would be wrong especially with so many men looking to make gains.

Girth gains are strange you don’t get anything for months and than all the sudden out of nowhere you have a gain. I also found when going for girth rest time is important.

I agree Dino. A Small increse in girth is really huge when measurement is taken into consideration. 1/8” in girth translates to a much thicker unit.

Speaking for myself It is difficult to separate exactly which girth exercise is directly responsible for my girth gains. I use these bends in addition to jelq, modified horse squeezes and pan squeezes so it would be difficult to give credit to this exercise exclusively. I think the combination is what brought me into the 7” girth area.

Let me start again by stating that I like you and am not trying to flame you.

Yes, everyone is different to some degree. Some are more similar to others. It is all genetics and environment. You may respond to stimuli to which the vast majority of other PEers will not respond. IOW you may be on an extreme end of a bell curve. Your experience may not translate into a similar effect for other individuals, which I suspect to be true for DLD bends.

Like yourself, all very intelligent and pleasant individuals. You state “these methods.” In this tread I am discussing DLD bends exclusively although I do question the effectiveness of some of the other exercises as well. I have a hard time believing DLD bends will work for many if anyone. I suspect you and they have gained from something else, possibly one of your other techniques. I think we should examine all techniques in this way. I think a problem has developed concerning your techniques. Everyone likes you a lot and is possibly afraid of aggravating your OCD by questioning your techniques. Of course, if I am right, this is very bad for Free PE.

Absolutely, that is why I think it important that we hear from those that it may have worked for and those who it may not have worked for. Men are trying to make gains and I think we both agree that it would not make sense for them to do and exercise that does not work, especially one whose safety is debated.

So it is possible that DLD bends are just a dangerous waste of time and the fact that you have gained so much suggests that you are different indeed!

Thanks for trying to help.

For me, I wish was as simple as a lack of knowledge and experience. My “PE beard” is actualy quite long, thick and gray. I go way back to the Tom Hubbard forum and before. I have read the boards pretty consistently and tried just about every exercise in the book. Do you remember Dance. Sadly, my experience has been a lot like his.
