I experience normal soreness after my sessions and as long as it is not sharp pain but related fatique and soreness due to the safe application of the exercise you should be ok.

DLD Bends

I just wonder if someone could tell me where I might

get a cheerleader uniform.

Re. the potential for gains from DLD bends, I don’t see how they are different _in principle_ from jelqing, or horsing etc. Of course Bib has pointed out several times how these exercises involve two stresses- one from the erection resulting from the O.K. grip at the base and one transverse from the bend (and are thus more dangerous due to larger stress). But all these exercises operate on the same principle don’t they?: Stress the tissues in the penis, they will relax, just like any other mechanical object. Persistently stress them, they will heal in the relaxed state, yeilding a bigger penis. I dont see the controversy regarding the potential for gains. just the potential for injury.

There you go, my two newbie cents.

Very good observation skineeD. Many men do shy away from these double force exercises for good reason, they have the potential to be dangerous. PE is variations on different stress principals and as Bib has warned when 2 areas are simultaneously stressed the potential for injury is greatly increased. I have made very good gains using these and other similar methods. As I have decided to engage in more extreme exercise I have to also be aware of the increased risk it brings and practice that much more caution. I have become very intune with my own personal boundries and limitations in PE and I listen very closely to my body.

Hey DLD (or can I call you Double? :) ),
have you ever injured yourself with these or other exercises? I know you’ve said gains come at the border of injury..

btw, I can’t wait till the site comes up! Oh man I’m looking forward to some major gains!

Also- Hope you and penismith back on the level with each other :)

I have never injured my self due to PE. I have injured the skin just below the glans from excessive measuring which took about 6 months to repair.

I don’t think gains come at the border of injury but I do think that the line between injury and growth is somewhat close. Finding this line may be just as dangerous as crossing it. PenisEnlargement for me has been a very slow, methodical build up in intensity and exercise. As I become able to advance I think I become more in touch with my personal limitations. I think all users should experiment, but do it safely.

DLD,

I thought I would try the DLD Bend between Horses and Uli squeezes and man did I ever get a good “burn”. I know the burn feeling is good in muscles but what about a penis? I only did the DLD bends at about 90% erect and pushed the hands slightly together . Also, I didn’t bend that far, maybe 30 degrees. As, you can tell, I’m mainly going for girth now. Just wondering about this new “burn” feeling, good I hope?

clawhammer Sorry it took me so long to respond. I feel the same burn in my workouts and it has always fades by the next day. I like how you have made the description of the slightness of your bend because that is all that is necessary to make gains with this. 90% erect is also the firmness I use.

I see all the logic behind DLD bends, but I have a question for you DLD. It is kind of theoretical, but if anyone anserw would really solve my problem.
I have a curve to the left side, And i want to know on which side ( I think right) should I bent that I would put presure on the left side.

The most important think to me is that I know how the blood is flowing in the penis , when I am at 80% erect and when I clamp it at the base with the OK grip.

Am I right or wrong?

I would be also glad on any suggestion that would help me to build only me left side bigger and stronger…
Thanks

My unorganized thoughts on all this:

First of all (and somewhat unrelated), DLD, I honestly believe that it’s possible you may have whipped your penis into some sort of weird state where it will grow in response to nearly any abuse you throw at it. You may, at some point, want to try some very basic techniques to see if they continue to produce indicators of growth. You’re like a PE superhero at this point.

For general midshaft girth, I simply cannot imagine any exercise being better than extreme ulis - as frightening as they can be. However, erect bends offer some very particular benefits and I dig ‘em.

Procedurally, I tend to brace a few fingers on the inside curve of the bends so as to produce a “smoother” bend (if that makes any sense). I do not “roll” my bends, but I do feel some serious pressure when performing them. And we all know by now that PE is all about increasing the pressure inside the penis. I perfrom erect bends at 100%+, which drains off to 80% or so during the course of the bend.

Erect bends are unique is two ways. I’m not absolutely positive, but I would wager on the fact that my tendency to bend upward more than in other directions seems to have induced a very, very slight increase in curvature of my penis when erect. Also, erect bends allow us to focus on girth anywhere in the shaft (other than the very base). Having done some traditional girth exercises, my lower shaft seems to have been lagging behind. As you know, I’ve recently begun considering the possibility of hanging for base girth, but erect bends provides a viable and more time efficient alternative. These two factors really make erect bends a very versatile exercise in my opinion.

Of minor note also is the fact that it can be used to stretch that damned circumcision scar that I know plagues more people than just me.

bel24mondo I am working very closely with a gentleman with Peyronie’s disease. This is where I have been spending a lot of my time lately in researching this disorder and similar problems men have with this. I have also been making new exercises geared towards Peyronie’s and/or bent penis. One of the exercises is a modified version of the Bend and it has been very powerful in making change. The basic technique is similar the the DLD Bend but you are training against the curve.

Hi, Pamdaga!
Sounds interesting, I will throw it in today.

For myself I have created a very nice upward curve intentionally this is what got me thinking about Peyronie’s. I thought that since I had such good luck in producing a curve than perhaps some of the same logic modified would benefit those with Peyronie’s or bent penis disorder.

I also like the ability to spot train along any given part of my shaft.

DLD, in a couple years you’re going to need separate area codes for different parts of your shaft.. :D
