What does this even mean then?

Goal size: 7.6 BPEL 5.6 MSEG

That is still my opinion, the reason I would like to find a pre and post average length and girth is to find the average gains from PE, mainly for curiosities sake :)

I’m aware that I might seem a little hypocritical at times, my opinions do tend to change pretty often. I suppose you could say it means that even if this study shows that the average is

5.5” X 4.8” I will still hold to my belief that the average is 6” X 5”. There are a couple of different ways to see an average, and I am concerned with both. I think that when a woman sleeps with a man, the chances are he will likely be 6 X 5. So I like to think about whether I’m bigger than or as big as the other guys she’s been with. However I also would like to think I have a bigger penis than the guy standing behind me in the supermarket line. This would involve the true statistical average. It’s a power thing?

The true statistical average means little. I would wager that the average amount of sex a man has increases with penis size anyway, therefore if the statistical average is done from the perspective of women and the sampling is done every time one of them has sex then the average would be higher.

It means little as far as sex goes maybe, but I know that even with my small girth I can satisfy most if not all women sexually. For me the size is mostly aesthetics, and if a woman is checking out the bulge in my pants (which they do) then I want it to be bigger than most other men, which involves the statistical true average, not what they’ve had sex with.

Not sure if the histochemistry studies on % fast-twitch (FT) to % slow-twitch (ST) in the kegel muscle will affect training, but it appears that the bulbospongiosus muscle has properties similar to other striated sphincters. It probably means that one can train it more frequently than some of the other skeletal muscles, I think. Your recommended kegel routine would be a bit too voluminous/intense for a normal skeletal striated muscle. Not sure about a striated sphincter, however.

Abstract
The histochemical profiles of the bulbospongiosus (BS) and ischiocavernosus (IC) muscles were investigated on autopsy samples obtained from 13 men aged 18 to 33. Adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) reactions were used for differentiation of muscle fibres into type 1 (slow twitch, tonic), and type 2 (fast twitch, phasic) and subtypes 2A, 2B, 2C. The activity of oxidative and glycolytic enzymes was also assayed. Because the percentage and diameters of both fibre types varied considerably in different areas of the same muscle, two methods of counting were applied and at least two fields of each sample were evaluated. The mean percentage of type 1 fibres in BS muscles was 34.8% and 23.2%, that in IC muscles 49.7% and 39.7%. The mean diameter of type 1 fibres was 31.0 microns (BS) and 26.2 microns (IC), that of type 2 fibres ranged from 30.0 microns (BS) to 36.6 microns (IC). The comparison of BS and IC muscles with other nonskeletal voluntary muscles revealed that BS and IC muscles are similar to the striated sphincters, particularly with regard to the numerical distribution of fibre types and fibre diameters.

I’m not sure either Bohm, maybe someone with a little more medical knowledge would like to comment.

I’m currently doing a pretty small routine after having some time off, and my PI’s are great so far (only 2 days in) and I was thinking today about something that has been brought up and tried before, and that’s PE buddies. Kind of a one on one PE relationship to encourage us to keep going with it. I tried it once before with langemann and stopped before long because I was busy with non PE related things. Anyways, so how bout it? Anyone need a PE friend?

Something strange has happened to me, and I’m not sure what it is. Up until now I had excellent ejaculation control, I would even go as far as to say I had ‘delayed ejaculation,’ which is a sexual dysfunction which which you are incapable of ejaculation for extended periods during sex or masturbation. It was not uncommon for it to take me an hour to reach climax by hand or two hours by woman. A few days ago I masturbated and it took 5 minutes, a rare occurrence for me, I was pretty pleased actually since it’s usually a hassle. I put it down to good porn.

Today I masturbated again, in the cold bathroom. Just thought I’d drop the pants and give it a quick whack for an energy boost, never intended on making it all the way! After 1 - 2 minutes I ejaculated uncontrollably and intensely, but without the usual satisfaction that comes with a good effort. I have NEVER done this before, not ever. Obviously I have somehow increased sensitivity around 10-fold, last two days I’ve done a routine in which I’ve jelqed 2 minutes, then stretched 2 minutes then jelqed 2 etc. etc. And I’ve been kegeling a fair bit, but not overboard.

Any explanations? If I become a premature ejaculator I will most likely cry.

BTB (Behind The Balls) Jelqing

I recently read a thread about behind the balls jelqing and tried it for myself this morning, I can’t stress enough how good this technique is. I don’t know why it isn’t better known!
Basically an easy way to get started is to sit down and hold your semi erect dick straight up towards your belly, then feel with your other hand between the prostate and the actual visible dick. The thing you feel is your inner dick. Use two fingers to ‘jelq’ it, you know you have it right when you can see that your outer penis is swelling with each stroke. Personally with each stroke I use index and middle fingers for the actual BTB movement and with my thumb and forefinger I do an OK grip and just at the end of each jelq I do a kind of mini outer penis jelq to get the blood trapped in there. I’m not so good at explaining this sorry, haha.
After 5 minutes of this my almost flaccid penis was the thickest I’ve ever seen it and remained easy to stretch for the rest of the day, if you hear about this and don’t try it you’re a fool :)

Rest Days

I have seen some questions and uncertainty about this topic, so I’ll give my opinion on the matter.

IMHO a rest day is just that, A REST DAY! Just recently, as I’ve started PE’ing a bit smarter than I have in the past, I’ve been doing my routine 2 days on, 1 day off. When I’m on my day off I do absolutely nothing. I don’t touch my penis except to pee, I refuse to have sex, don’t masturbate and so on so forth. When I come back to PE after this day of no manual stimulation whatsoever I have rock hard morning wood every time, and usually evidence of nocturnal erections. I find it difficult to do my morning routine because I can’t stop getting erect while jelqing, and stretching for longer than 10 seconds without getting hard is pretty much out of the question. You get the picture.

If you are a ‘more is more’ guy then I don’t know if this applies to you, but I’ve certainly been showing better PI’s since I started doing this consistently. This may be obvious to a lot of you guys, but that’s alright. If the effort it took me to type this makes ONE guy gain better and thus increase his quality of life then it was worth it. That’s how we all should think when we have knowledge to post on the forum, don’t worry if it’s a little silly or it seems obvious, I can pretty much guarantee that not everyone knows. Something that takes little effort to say can have a massive impact on someone Else’s life, and you may never know.

I find kegels annoying but very effective for improving my EQ. I’m surprised you don’t do them. Now that I’m past the age of 35 I guess I really worry about the long term effects that come with age—which supposedly kegels & jelqs can counteract to some extent. Do you do something in place of kegels?

I’m sorry haha, I meant that I don’t do any on rest days! :) I kegel a lot.
