I’m a newbie, but I’ve been reading the forum since before I signed up. Has anyone ever had luck with an assisted V-stretch? I mean rather than using your thumb pressing on the base, use a larger object as a fulcrum to stretch around. Something around the size of a 20 oz soda bottle. It seems to get a better stretch than just using my thumb, and you would be able to use it for upward, downward, left/right stretches. It’s also less work on your arms and hands because you can use it for leverage on the stretch.
